Maserati, the luxury Italian car brand, offers a range of sports cars that are both affordable and luxurious. The company has been around for over 100 years, founded by six Maserati brothers who were racing enthusiasts. Maserati vehicles have won many prestigious races around the world, including the Indianapolis 500.

Maserati offers a range of cars that include sports cars, luxury sedans, and SUVs. The Levante SUV, Ghibli mid-size sedan, and Quattroporte full-size sedan are some of the current models available in the market. Maserati's reputation has been built on its racecars, but it started building road cars in the 1940s.

In the 1960s, Maserati shifted its focus from racecars to road cars and introduced the Giugiaro-styled Ghibli, a powerful and sexy Italian sports car. The company was purchased by Citroën in 1968 and used some of its components in Maserati cars. However, the fuel crisis of the 1970s hit Maserati hard, and Citroën was driven into bankruptcy.

Maserati was purchased by Alejandro de Tomaso in 1975 and later by Fiat in 1993. After the factory was refurbished, Maserati introduced the Spyder roadster and the Coupe in the 1990s. Ferrari bought 50% of Maserati and acquired full control of the brand. In 2005, Maserati was split from Ferrari but remained within the Fiat group.

Today, Maserati offers a range of cars that are both affordable and luxurious, with sexy Italian styling and impressive performance. The GranTurismo coupe and convertible and the Quattroporte luxury sport sedan are some of the current models available in the market.
