Mr. Steve was amazing to work with. Been looking for a truck for a few months and noticed this dealer had the one i wanted. Steve is the one who answered when I called. Very patient with me as I had a lot of questions about the truck as I lived out of state and was very transparent about the vehicle. He even sent a gentleman to pick me up at the airport as I landed. The process was quick and simple and I was back on the road to Colorado in no time. I'm bad with names, the finance gentleman was extremely easy and amazing to work with. Didn't take any time at all to finish the paperwork. Hands down the absolute best dealership and crew I have ever dealt with when buying a car. I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. I was definitely impressed with how fast it was ready on a busy Friday especially since I did not make an appointment. They went over the inspection and explained everything to me which was awesome. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was I overheard a woman on the phone telling a customer they would be washing their vehicle and they didn't offer to wash mine. My vehicle was washed almost every time on the Nissan side so I guess I just expected it to be the same.

Mike Smith Honda and their employees always treat you like family. Danny bent over backwards to make our experience as easy as possible and all we had to do was sign papers when we got to the dealership, since everything was done via text. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. I am so appreciative.

I gave five stars because the Salesman (Danny) helped get my new car was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle from start to finish. The service department is fantastic. I purchased my car at Twin City Honda last year, and after dealing with their abysmal service department and their unwillingness to honor the service contracts they sell, I decided to try Mike Smith Honda. Right off the bat, they were friendly, accommodating and took care of us even though we didn’t buy our car there. My future Hondas will be purchased at Mike Smith Honda because of this. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Maegan guided through the entire process along with other friendly staff members. I was able to sit at the “customer work station” and do assignments for as long as I’d like. A very friendly environment ! The refreshments stayed stocked and everything was neat and clean!

They broke my mirror after I dropped of my car. They order a new piece but said they would secure the mirror so it wouldn't move so I could still use it. I get up there and the mirror was not secure at all. The service manager tried to argue saying that wasn't the issue when I dropped it off. So i went and got the manager who threatened me saying "What if we said we didn't break it and decided not to fix it? Then what?" All I asked repeatedly was why did you tell me to come get my car if it you didn't do what you said you would do? That question is what sparked a 15 minute arguement and they still never apologized for wasting my time.
