Honda, especially in Findlay Henderson NV is amazing! As a first time buyer in this country, Patrick Demoura, was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, fun and went above and beyond to assist me get my first car, my first Honda in the US. Patrick listened to me and my family and took our needs to consideration in every step of the process. He was very patient. Patrick never made us feel he was tired or busy for us. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Jeff in finance was also very accommodating and kind. I am so happy my family and I chose Honda. They treat their customers with respect and kindness. Customer service was great, Kallan is amazing. The wait time however was not. Told me it would be 2 hours for 4 new tires. After 3 hours I went back and saw my car still sitting there waiting to be serviced. I asked about It and they rushed it and had it done within 30 minutes. Not sure how I felt about that but I had to get home to get work done and my son was crying because it was nap time. There was lube or something all over the tires and rims. Just seemed like a rushed job and it made me feel unsafe.

First time buying a decent car and I’m sooo glad I had Mike Cabrera to help me out ! I thought a test drive was just a drive to see how it ran, but he went above and beyond with breaking down all the gadgets in the car and helping me set up my car play. He’s very approachable and I felt very comfortable asking any questions that came to me. Really appreciate your patience too with my family. Brian and Oscar made the car buying experience wonderful! I did not buy the car below but it was a beauty to behold. Look at it. We all are concerned about what happens when there are "issues" with your new car. I must say that Findlay is doing what we call "making it right". I’ve been driving a Honda Ridgeline for 4 years and I LOVE everything about that truck, it’s the only automobile I want to be driving…perfect blend of design, practicality and functionality! I recently got a letter to trade it in for a new one for same monthly payments. YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION. So I stopped by Findlay Honda to inquire further. I met Patrick, showed him the letter and said I was only interested if I could keep the payments the same and the new truck was white…Patrick made it his mission to honor the offer. My current truck was the mid-range model with 75k miles, so Patrick hands me the keys to a Pearl White 2023 Ridgeline “Black Edition” fully loaded and says “take a test drive while go I work my magic”. I fell in love with all the clever upgrades offered on the 2023 but braced myself for what the new car payment was going to be given the significantly higher window sticker. To my surprise, Patrick got me into that brand new Ridgeline for only $20 more than my current payments/zero money down. After calling Patrick’s Gieco Insurance referral, my monthly insurance payment on the new truck dropped $40. My enthusiasm and satisfaction were further solidified after visiting the finance dep. (said no one ever, lol) BUT in this case it’s true! Jason Wuerz explained my warranty options in a way that I could understand and made me an offer too good to refuse, I was able to roll my new $40/mo insurance savings towards the FindlayCare Plan and upgrade the Honda warranty! 5 hours later I drove out off the Findlay Honda lot in a Pearl White 2023 Ridgeline “Black Edition” with 9 miles on the odometer smiling from ear to ear, intoxicated from the “new car” smell and I still am! THANKS GUYS, see you when I get the oil changed :)

My sales manager Jeff was excellent. No high pressure to make a deal. He asked what it would take and we made it happen. The only way to purchase a car. Jason the Finance manager was great. Took time to explain contract. When an issue did arise he quickly resolved it. My 3rd vehicle purchase from Findley Honda Henderson. They are our go to place for vehicles.

My experience this time was a dream, as it always is at this Honda. JOEY SACCAVINO is my absolute favorite rep I’ve worked with, at ANY car dealership. He was quick and avoided the game that typically comes with buying a car, was very attentive to our every need, even as far as needing coffee or water, and made the whole process even more fun by just being fun to talk to and enjoyable to be around. Aaron Weinzetl is an old friend of ours, so he’s why we come to this specific Honda dealership (he’s also amazing), but I will 100% recommend Joey to any family, friends, or anybody I come across who’s looking to buy a car. The experience just wouldn’t have been the same without him, and I’m so grateful to finally have had a 100% positive car buying experience through and through!
