Amanda and Carlos we’re no pressure sales persons. Finance was awesome too. The dealer provided an employee to follow me on a 30 minute drive and bring me back to the dealership. The only downside was the $349 driver and passenger window tint was done with low cost tinting film that will eventually fail. My expert friend pointed this out after I had the car for a week. I love most things about the car. Couple negatives their is no A/C button and often I like to keep the A/C off and use outside air. You must use the menu on the display and drill down a couple menus to get to the A/C off setting. Also to get to the full Sirius station list is a pain. I’m still not exactly sure how to get to it. Wish I had distance cruise but for some reason some manufacturers make this an expensive option (BMW and Ford) others like Honda and Toyota include it. Geesh!

I had no idea what to expect as a first-time car buyer. Due to the negative connotations of car buying, I was reluctant to work with anyone. The BMW website made finding the car I wanted easy. Having been interested in the car, I scheduled a test drive, where I was immediately contacted by Ray Spath, a client advisor at the location I visited. Working with Ray was an amazing experience. I appreciated that he provided all the information I needed to purchase the car I wanted. I was then directed to work with Charlie Clarke, my financial advisor, who helped me process my paper work. Mr. Clarke went way beyond the call of duty to assist me with my purchase. The entire time I was there, he was not only very detailed on what I was signing up for, but also extremely kind and personable. His enthusiasm was contagious! Once again, I cannot express how thankful I am to the team at BMW Henderson for making my first car purchase easy, efficient, and enjoyable, something one does not usually say about car dealerships. My AC in my X5 went out and in this Vegas heat that's not a joke! I made an appointment and was able to get in the next day. Christian is my service advisor and was able to get my vehicle in and out within a day. Not anything major was done however with the delays in the world today post-pandemic this was great. He followed up with an email and even called the next day to ensure it was working and no issues were present. I just moved from Los Angeles and will be going back to BMW Henderson from now on. Great service, nice guy, and great work. Much appreciated!

I had no idea I would be walking out of the BMW of Henderson dealership with a car. The staff there were amazing! It was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own and they made the process extremely painless. It wasn't even about how wonderful the car was, it was the customer service. From the sales specialist to the finance specialist to the general manager, they were so responsive and ensured I understood every detail of my purchase. I normally wouldn't write a review but I wanted everyone to see how amazing this team is. Thank you for everything BMW of Henderson.

My service advisor was very friendly and nice, but I will never be going back here. I found a much more professional shop that can handle simple jobs like an oil change. I know you guys probably don’t like to perform complimentary services, but you still need to do the job correctly. I came in for a simple oil change, and spent 4 hours in your lobby before I was on my way. I had to come back the next day because there was a leak. 5 hours later, you finally fixed it. I don’t have that much time to waste on such a simple procedure.

BMW of Henderson has been our "go to" and favorite dealership for the past 10 years. We have bought multiple cars from them. I highly recommend them for their customer service and attention to detail. In fact, their service has only gotten better!! We bought a car from them in May 2022. We noticed the car online and reserved it. The store manager called me to thank me for my interest and we had several helpful communications through the day. We bought the car that evening. Yoshwa Shields was our sales agent and is amazing. He was helpful throughout and still keeps in contact should I have questions. Charlie Clarke was our finance manager and he ensured we got the very best financing offers he could find. He has remained helpful even after we bought with questions related to registration. Plus their service department is excellent and honest. All in all, I will continue to be a customer of BMW Henderson for decades to come. I really am their biggest fan!

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Feri was amazing!!! I live in Phoenix but I found that they had the exact car I was looking for. I submitted an inquiry and Feri responded. I told her I’d fly into Vegas on Saturday and I asked that all of the paperwork be ready so I could be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. This is something I’ve asked other dealerships for and still end up spending my entire day there. Feri had me picked up at the airport on a Saturday night and I was in and out of the dealership in 1-2 hours max. Super easy transaction and they followed up a few times after I left to see if I had any questions. Overall the best experience! Thanks so much BMW of Henderson and Feri!!! I will definitely be going back for my next car.
