Audi Debuts its New Model: 2021 Q5 SportBack

Audi is all set to introduce its SUV lineup Q5 Sportback for 2021 in the market. This model is going to be on sale from the first half of 2021. Audi is going to make a brand new entry for its new SUV segment. after this launch now SQ5 Sportback is also going to make its entry in the market. The company is trying hard to provide everything that SUV buyers want.Q5 Sportback will be built at Mexico’s San Jose Chiapa plant. This new model of Audi is similar to Audi Q5 but the difference is it is sportier and sleeker along with its new roofline. 

The all-new Q5 Sportback is similar to Q5 in the case of the engine range. The basic level of cars will likely to get 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol in 45TFSI guise that will produce 265hp with 273 lb-ft and should return around 30mph also it uses a 12V mild-hybrid system. The plug-in hybrid system of the Audi Q5 Sportback is the same as the standard Q5 before 2021. 

In the newest Q5, the PHEV pairs a TFSI engine with an electric motor that produces 362hp and 369 lb-ft.

The new Audi Q5 Sportback is featured with S line or Advanced styling. The sloping roofline and rakish rear window replace the standard Q5 ‘s boxy back-end in Audi Q5 Sportback. The rear bumper with extra contrasting trims showing the difference between the new model and standard Q5.however, this model is 0.3 inches longer than the standard Q5. the one more extra feature in designing is you will get the option to ditch the standard silver plastic trim for gloss black instead.

The interior of the new Audi Q5 is almost the same as the recently revamped Q5, there are not many changes in the interior side. They are providing you a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment display on the dashboard while the basic dashboard and center console are unchanged. Extra storage tray replaces the rotary controller of older Audi models

If we see the practicality then there is an availability of driver-assist innovations which include adaptive cruise control, predictive efficiency assist, cross-traffic assist, and predictive efficiency assist which can automatically adjust the speed depending on the traffic and route. The luggage capacity of the Q5 Sportback is 500-liter boots which are comparable to BMW X4 and Mercedes GLC Coupe.on the other hand the space in the back is not as comfortable as in the standard Q5.

The new Q5 Sportsback will compete with GLC Coupe and the X4  along with the upcoming Infiniti QX55 when it displays on sale towards the first half of 2021. It will cost you more if we compare to the standard Q5, they haven’t revealed the actual price yet it will cost you around $43,300 for an entry-level car. The company has claimed that it will give you a more direct road feel with adaptive air suspension along with dynamic steering compare to other Q5.
