Kia Airbag Issue Started With The Recalling 2022

Kia is recalling as many as 4,10,000 of Kia Fortes, Sedonas and Kia Soul vehicles to fix the airbags issues that might not deploy upon crashing scenarios. 

 

The following recall includes as many as Kia Koup, Sedona, Soul of years like 2017 to 2018 to 2017 to 2019. Kia also stated that it hasn’t seen any major fatalities with the airbag issues and there aren’t any major issues occurring in line with the airbag issues. 

 

The owners of all these cars would soon be notified in the month of March for the same cause and effect to take place for the Kia cars. 

 

Kia has recalled 4,10,000 vehicles in the U.S to replace the airbags that aren’t deploying upon crashing
The team in South Korea has stated along with the NHTSA for the same airbag issues
A faulty airbag control unit(ACU) could come in contact with other components and soldering joints can get damaged 
The airbag warning sign is the only indication for the airbag issues and is the only diagnostic code
253, 281, 2017 to 2019 Soul, 953 EVs Soul, with 47,960 Kia Sedona from 2017 to 2019, 108,693 from 2017 to 2018 Forte cars are included
