GM Finally Unveiled the GMC Hummer EV- Super-Truck

Before the electric car was a new concept for us, but now we are familiar with the list of electric cars, in this list of EV, one more pickup is going to come in this lineup and that is GMC Hummer electric. GMC finally revealed its new electric beast and they named it a super-truck. The production of this new Hummer is going to begin in late 2021. The main competition of GMC is going to be with Ford and Nikola, they will compete in the category of electric trucks. This Truck is a convertible that shoots from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 3 seconds and has 350 miles of range with launch control armed.

The company has divided the year specification based on flavors like Edition one is for the one flavor it is available with one wiring harness, one exterior theme: choice/technology content, one style-wheel, and one tire 205/70R-18. The second edition Includes some upgrades in the flavors like they will explore tire and wheel offerings, colors, and trim levels. Chief engineer AI Oppenheiser of GMC conveys that “we are the first of Mary Barra’s world of zero emissions, zero crashes, and null fatalities” this GM Hummer is available with a four-door pickup with 1000 horsepower and 1000 lb-ft of torque. Hummer EV has 35-inch tires, four-wheel steering, and removable roof panels.

The new GMC Hummer EV comes with compatible DC fast chargers, that allow 100 miles of range in just 10 minutes. This vehicle offers rear steering, and unlike other cars with this feature, the rear wheels can hold ten degrees of angle, that enables the massive ute to “crabwalk” that could be essential for parking before off roads. The GMC targets the Rivian and other upcoming electric trucks like Bollinger and Tesla. We can’t justify the exact category of this truck now, because GM hasn’t revealed the payload and weight.

The price of  GMC Hummer for the year 2022 will start from $112,595. This is the price of Edition 1 trim. After 2022 the HUmmer EV will start at $79,995 and extend up to $89,995 and $99,995. The new Hummer for 2022 model will be introduced in the fall of 2021. The prices of all the models are quite high but GM is providing you a convertible off-road monster that claims to be an unexpected vehicle for GMC.
