Leased a Honda Insight here in 2010, and purchased a Civic EX in 2013. Was very happy with them for about 4-5 years. Then I stopped going here for service because twice I set appointments for an oil change saying that I would wait, and twice it took almost 3 hours. One of those times I had my 3 young children along, so it was the last time I visited. Tried to give them a chance again a couple years ago because a quick lube place broke off my lower engine cover, but twice they said they would call back with an estimate and never did.

MSRP dealer!! Sold me a '21 Civic Type R at sticker even though I am out of state. They also sold a '23 Civic Type R at sticker recently. In this environment, they remain the only honest Honda dealership I know of in the country.

I have been working with the Zimbrick Honda body shop on Fish Hatchery to get my car repaired after an accident. I have been working with Carrie Swenson and she has been friendly, knowledgable, and helpful through the whole process. I have been to this service department several times and they are always welcoming honest and helpful. Dealing with the aftermath of an accident is stressful, Carrie and the Fish Hatchery body shop have been the simplest most pleasant part of the whole ordeal. Highly recommend.

I usually have had a good experience with Zimbrik but this last one really frustrated me. I called to make an appointment to get the tire pressure sensor looked at, since every time we fill the tires, it still goes off. I pulled up and the only thing the guy did was fill my tires and told me how to reset it(I already knew how). Yes, I could have said something but it shouldn't matter who I was, I would expect them to at least ask me what I have done and maybe looked further into it. Not just assume I don't know what I'm doing. I drove 25 minutes in morning traffic for something that should have been a longer appointment. The sensor hasn't gone off yet, but if the problem happens again, I'll be making sure they do more next time! Also, was hoping to get my usual experience survey and still have not gotten it.

Sold the car we had agreed on to someone else. Was not informed of this until I walked in, even though the sales rep has my number and email to contact me. I even had emailed him prior as well as called before coming in, so ended up wasting my time. They would not honor the agreement for another of the exact same model and spec.



I came here for a service appt since I had a flat tire. The appointment took two hours. I drove to Door County later that day and the tire was flat by the end of the day (less than 4 hours after they supposedly fixed my flat). I had to pay to have someone come tow me from the middle of NOWHERE because of this horrible customer service. Wouldn’t trust these people with any type of service in the future.
