Luis attended to my mom who took my car in for me while I was working. She said he was very professional and provided white glove service. Very communicative throughout the entire process and what service recommendations they can provide. He provided her a shuttle so she didn't have to wait there. The car service was completed in a timely matter. Jose the shuttle driver was also very professional.

I love coming to Honda where I know my car's in good hands and the employees are second to none. Luis is a constant professional and one of the many reasons I continue coming back to Honda for my cars services. He let's me know my options, speaks clearly and confidently, and is just an awesome human being! There's not a time I visit that I'm not greeted and actually feel welcomed. Service department opens @730am.. had an appointment for an oil change.. tire rotation.. waited for my vehicle & I was out in 1 hour! Always receive speedy service. The Hispanic guy who works the service area is friendly, helpful & nice to deal with. Much appreciated..

The Service staff in Yuba City Honda are one of the most friendly and welcoming staff I have seen in the automotive service industry around Nor Cal, especially Luis, the staff member who helped me recently. Luis was very welcoming, friendly and clear. I will definitely be asking for Luis if I ever need my Honda Civic to be serviced at Yuba City Honda. Overall, great staff!

I had the best experience ever at YUBA CITY Honda service department. I had a 7 o’clock appointment for the next day and only went in to check on some paperwork to make sure it all went smoothly. My repair was actually covered by an extended Honda warranty and they asked me if I wanted to have it done right then instead of tomorrow morning. Manuel check to see if they had the part and they did and they took care of it on the spot. I sure felt blessed and I thank you guys for your quick service.

Unable to get ahold of someone in service dept. When you do they sound like they don't want to help you. I was told by the person on the phone that I do not need appointment and so I came in Tuesday August 30 was told by the man in the service dept at 7:45am that it would be a 2 hour wait to get express service. Was rude to me as if asking that question was rude. I have never been treated that rudely at Elk Grove Honda. Even when they broke a personal item in my car. If they are not going to take walk in express services then when a person calls they should tell them that they need to make appointment not to come in to have to wait 2 hours. They have 2 service bays with the capability of 5 cars to get service on. 2 hours, not even when Elk Grove Honda had line on to the street did they ever say or would take 2 hours in express service. But I will tell you this the young man who helped me today August 31was very helpful and kind. And I got to my appointment for express service 15 minutes early and they took the car in got it to me 45 minutes. 2 hour wait with no appointment. Just wrong.

Luis is very helpful every time I come in for service on my Acura. I went in for oil change and tire rotation. Once the service was done Luis advised me I didn’t need tire rotation, how amazing is that other shops would have still charged me for it. I love the price transparency on their new big screens.
