I was notified by Honda that there was a major safety recall on my daughter's 2002 Honda Civic. Because there was another issue that had to be repaired before the recall repair, a part on backorder had to be requested. David in the service department made sure to ease a mother's worry and promised to schedule the repairs as soon as the parts arrived. I was not charged a fee! The waiting room is very comfortable and the honey bun & coffee were a nice touch. Very pleased with our visit. Cool fish tank too! 🐟

My experience with Winter Haven Honda was solely online and over-the-phone. It was an overall awesome experience with Mike Davis making it comfortable and easy for me to trust his guidance. I live about 4 hours away from the dealership, and I had planned to travel, but Winter Haven Honda offered delivery of my vehicle at no additional cost. Mike took same-day photos and videos of the vehicle, providing his personal commentary and observations. He discovered a cracked windsheild, which was sheduled to be replaced at my home a few days after arrival. I noticed a headlight not on in the video, but it was cellphone camera issues. Mike took all of my phone calls, emails, questions, and concerns, and he remained patient and informative in every step of the process. I had pre-approved financing, but the guys at Winter Haven Honda were able to find me a reduced rate. They, too, were patient and informative with my questions and concerns. Upon delivery, the driver noticed an issue with the headlight (so it wasn't a camera issue). Mike Davis continued to take care of me after delivery of the vehicle. The car was picked up, repaired, and redelivered, in addition to some more stellar customer service. Thank you Winter Haven Honda and Mike Davis for an awesome car buying experience!
