We bought our son the 2021 Type R for Christmas in December 2020, same time as we bought our X5 and he still loves his Type R! Besides the rocks getting stuck in the calipers every so often which is a known issue, it is a great car. This is regarding the experience we had with the sales team. They were great and around that time there was a 10k markup on all Type Rs so we were lucky that there was no markup!

The customer service I received from Timmy Nguyen is definitely worth a shout out! I had to go in to get my brakes checked, but his attention to detail goes above and beyond. I had a scratch on one of my side mirrors, didn’t even mention it to him because I was more worried about my brakes, and realized weeks later that he had fixed the scratch for me. He was super patient, detail oriented, and was thorough in making sure my car was in tip top shape before handing it back to me. Highly recommend anyone who has minimal knowledge of cars (like I do) to request him because he takes the time to explain everything he’s doing and any recommendations he has to make sure my car is still driving like new.

I had the pleasure of working with Stanley, Kendra and Ben. From beginning to end the service and experience was great! Stanley helped me find the perfect car and educated me on the process of financing. He also answered all of my questions regarding my purchase. He was very informative and kind. Having two good experiences out of two visits to a car dealer is worth writing a review about. The first time I went to Honda Village was because my mechanic referred me there for some recall work. I had neglected the recall and wound up having to have my car towed there. Yet they were still polite and efficient although I’m sure it was more work for them. The second time I visited was just yesterday and I knew I was in for more money than I wanted to spend. My door locks had all stopped working except for the hatchback. They found a workaround, retrofitting my car with a keyless entry, which was literally a third of the price of replacing the locks. While I don’t have new door locks I have a very well functioning vehicle for $300 instead of $1000. I really believe another dealer would not have gone to the trouble to figure this out. So for the service department at Honda Village, I give them big thumbs up, for honesty and integrity. Thank you for doing well by me!
