Ellen Dearinger sold me my new car. I went into Wilder not really knowing what I wanted, just that I had certain parameters that had to be met. When I described to her my needs, she showed me some of the options that were available and said "I'm going to put you in something I'd feel safe having my own children in". She new all the answers to my questions about reliability, known issues, and the pros and cons of each vehicle I asked about. She was very patient while I called my dad to consult before confirming the purchase. I was a little concerned not having filed my 2021 taxes yet, and being self employed, that I wouldn't get approved, but their financing team worked some magic I guess and made the process go super smoothly! I absolutely LOVE my new car. The people here a friendly and the service is fast, high quality, and affordable. I highly recommend Ellen and will buy from her again if I'm ever in the market. She's honest and knows her stuff!

I have had my honda crv serviced there for over 6 years. The service team is outstanding, and I get coupons in the mail for maintenance that help the budget. My service advisor, Mariah, is especially conscientious and does whatever it takes to get my car back on the road with any needed parts. I appreciate the oil rebate mail-in coupon they hand out after my oil change and the free car wash that often includes vacuuming of the front. They cheerfully install the wiper inserts I buy there and include their recommendations for future service after the oil change. If any of those services are scheduled within 30 days, there is a discount on them. The waiting room is the best of any business I've been in, clearly designed for the comfort of their clients, with clean modern restrooms and tv, plus water dispenser. The service and parts dept are also open on Saturdays. There is also a a free shuttle to bring me home and pick me up for anything that is too long for me to wait for. I'm fortunate to live close to this car service, and will be choosing them for any new car in the future.

I didn't purchase my car here but thank you for taking care of me service department! I had a warning light on and also a recall that needed to be taken care of. I stopped in on Friday afternoon, on my way to a friends house in Puyallup, and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday on my way home to Forks. Everything was covered under warranty. I also received a complimentary car wash. You're the best! Thank you for your kindness and superior customer service!

On trip from Texas after purchasing a 2019 Honda CRV in Texas. While in the Port Angeles area, our dash display gave us warning messages about tire pressure and key fob. Called Wilder Honda and was told to bring car to service area 45 minutes before they closed. We were greeted by young lady at service desk and asked to wait while service tech looked at car. Tech test drove and analyzed our problem, did a system reset, and reviewed what he had done to CRV. He also gave me some helpful hints. Problems were solved and there was no charge for help. Both tech and girl working service desk said they were glad they could help. Sent us on our way with no further problems. When you are 2000 miles from home, it does not get any better than the help we received.

Didn't purchase my vehicle there, so this is just in relation to the Honda service department. Used to be a decent place to bring my auto into the Honda service department, but not anymore. Can't even get anyone over there to answer the phone or return a voicemail. And they have the nerve to call it "customer care" department. Obviously they don't care much. Can't even get an appointment. Tried to schedule one on line, but that apparently doesn't work anymore either. Just going to go to Jiffy Lube instead.

Love the customer service and they always ask If we want them to wash our vehicle instead of just assuming.. I would definitely recommend Wder for all vehicle repair needs... Also the waiting area is a comfortable peaceful environment..

My experience with this business was good from the very beginning when I had to call to schedule my airbag replacement because Honda had a recall. The receptionist was wonderful. From the moment I arrived in the parking lot I was greeted by everyone who crossed my path and they each asked if they could help me. In my case the answer was no because I knew why I was there and who I had to talk to but the fact that they greeted me says something about the level of customer service in this place. The work was done within an hour. Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a Honda but they also service several other types of vehicles. Jump forward a few years to 2022. I felt that I had to add to my review because I had another great experience with this business. I brought my car in for a tune up, manual transmission fluid change, and check of my AC. First, kudos to Mariah, whose job title I'm not certain of, but she provided wonderful customer service. Apparently I had opted out of their text service so she texted me from her own phone and also called me when my vehicle was ready. I know these post covid days businesses are having a hard time finding great employees but this business seems to be pretty good at it. Bonus was that this work cost about half as much as I had expected it to. So great to have a business like this in our local area.
