White Bear Acura Dealership in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota

I want to share my complete experience from ordering my car to the first service. Our sales person Jay is great. I would definitely recommend more business to him. The only negative feedback I have is the service waiting room area, the amount of amenity they offer is less than mainstream Japanese car brands. I understand the policy of not providing loaner for a short service. I'm just hoping Acura would enforce some rules, so their dealership experience would be somewhat consistent across the nation.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Acura from White Bear Acura. We live in a neighboring state and were having a difficult time finding a specific Acura MDX. When I visited with Jay Smith he made me aware of an MDX that was allocated to the dealership and would be available within a relatively short time frame. I made a deposit over the phone and Jay took care of everything else. He made me a trade offer on my existing car based on its VIN and pictures that I provided. Prior to the new car being available, he reached out to me several times with updated status information. When we ultimately were able to pick the car up, he had it in the showroom ready to view and out of the weather (it was raining that day). Jay is a fantastic sales person to work with. He’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jay made sure that we were able to get the car we wanted and that the entire transaction went smoothly. I’d buy another car from White Bear Acura in a heartbeat!

Couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the service I received at White Bear! I flew in from out of state, and they had me out the door in my truck in under an hour. Dan and the team at White Bear were helpful, attentive, friendly, and easy to work with through out the whole process. Dealerships can be a pain, but this is a good one!

I had a great conversation with Mary at WBL Acura today. She was very helpful with my needs and answered all my questions. One of the most pleasant people I encountered dealing with my vehicle issues. Matt Jensen was also a great help he directed me to Mary!

We did not buy or trade in an Acura, however salesman Brandon took exceptionally good care of us through the entire process. Even when some things came up shortly purchasing our new vehicle he was still there for us and fully involved! Great guy, not your average salesman!

I bought a used van from here. Had a few issues to start with. WBA Fixed these issues and went out of they way to make me happy. Wasn't impressed with the vehicle at first but love it now. I will have to say their customer service is top notch.They wet above and beyond.

They did a great job. Vehicle drives like new. Had some suspension, brake, engine gasket, drive axe parts replaced. They did a great job. It drives like the first day I brought her home. Great job White Bear Acura! You have my 100% trust. I have been to numerous shops, with numerous vehicles, and in fact, even this same vehicle. The work completed, was done correct the first time. They even went above and beyond and adjusted/fixed a couple of other things I did not ask for, but I noticed after my own examine of the work. The cost was on the high scope of things, but you pay for what you get. Don't shy out on price for the great value and experts of your vehicle brand.

Waited 3 hrs getting an oil change and supposedly 20 minute alignment. They lost my paperwork and just left me sitting there waiting. Just a "sorry" - not feeling the Subaru love! And I thought it would be better than waiting 45 minutes at the rapid oil change! That's what I'm doing next time!
