We purchased a brand new 2022 Honda Accord hybrid from Westbrook Honda. Sammy was our salesman. The entire process was the simplest, no pressure car purchase I have ever made. I spoke clearly to Sammy that I simply wanted to know what the out the door price was and without hesitation he wrote it up. No back and forth, no bs and no surprises. Sammy was also very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He walked through the functions of the car and got me up to date with the tech that the car had. Dan was also a great asset. As the delivery from the manufacturer was a little slow, Dan was exceptionally responsive and always answered even on his days off. The sales team at Westbrook Honda made this by far the most stress free car purchase I’ve made. I would highly recommend the sales team.

I’ve been looking to upgrade my 2015 Honda Accord for a while. I went to other Honda dealerships and they could not deliver. I got a brand new 2022 Honda accord sport during a car shortage and they were able to give me the best deal in the state. We bought our first new car back in February at Westbrook Honda and we found our second car at the same dealership!! And it’s all thanks to Leo Gallego. We came for a different car to test drive but it wasn’t even at Westbrook so Leo apologized (wasn’t even their fault cause it is handled by a different department) and he walked us through their actual inventory. He was friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about the cars. He’s a really cool guy and because of him, my husband found his dream car. Dan at Finance also remembers us and got us a really nice deal. He’s still as professional as we first came and even more friendlier just because he already knew us from the first time. We got our car and our plates the same day too which is just awesome. Really awesome team, we have nothing negative to say. We wouldn’t have came back if our first experience wasn’t just as amazing. Sean Bowen was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Super honest and straight forward. Car was ready at the specified pick-up time in spotless condition and with a full tank of gas. It was even in the showroom when we arrived so we could inspect it, as it was raining outside. Finance manager Tim had all the docs ready to go and got me through the signing process quickly. I have been to Westbrook Honda to look at the Passport and CRV's just to get ideas. I dealt with Emily. What an awesome experience, she was ever so friendly and answered every question I had. I then left with ideas and continued to go to other Honda dealers throughout the state to look at the same vehicles. I was drawn back to Westbrook Honda as the customer service experience that Emily provided to me just stuck with me. The Honda CR-V I wanted was not in it was being built she worked with me from the beginning to the end. She kept me posted on the status right up to purchase.
