I had scheduled an appointment for 12:00 pm and received an email stating my appointment was at 7:30 am, I left a message with the service department to get the time changed to what I had originally had it scheduled but no one returned my call. I brought my car in at 7:30 to get the mirrors changed and the windshield washer fixed. At 1:30 I call to find the status of my car and was told the service techs were at lunch and they would let me know. At 2:15 they returned my call and I was told that my car would be ready by 5 and that they hadn’t even started on it. At that time I advised them I was coming to pick my car up. When I got to the dealership I tried talking to the service Manager and explain to him, he advised me “if I could do a better job then I needed to come up there and do it myself”. I did not raise my voice I told him to bring me my car. On top of my car being there for 7 hours and not being touched, the customer service that I received from the service manager was very unprofessional, disrespectful and just plain RUDE! He definitely has no customer service. He said that I had an attitude and was targeting his employees. After 7 hours of them having my car and nothing being done am I the one to blame? I made an appointment and expected it to be fixed. He also advised me that by making an appointment it is only a scheduled appointment and does not guarantee that my vehicle is going to be fixed at that time. That has never been explained to me before. What’s the point in making an appointment? Majority of the time I wait on my vehicle, my family is working. The last time I was there for an oil change I waited 3 hours. I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Walker Honda and have never received the unprofessionalism that I received today.

I have spent the last 4 weeks going to the service department. Each time was for a different reason and each time the problems was fixed. I have to say that the staff is friendly and patient. They listen to concerns. They appear to enjoy their job and they were informative. Even when I went to get coffee, the staff had no problem with making more as there was no grumbling or scoffing. I would definitively go to see them again.

We had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Got here and a couple of people still waiting. Now, it’s 12:24 and still not ready. Everyone else who had 10 am or 11 am for oil change has already left. Any of the Walker businesses in Alexandria in my opinion are not even an option for us to try and have business with already before this. For sure now we will take our business elsewhere and hope other people see this and choose a different place to handle their business. I understand times are tough especially when people don’t show up to work but at least let us know it might be longer so we can use transportation services if we need to be somewhere else. This is ridiculous!!! Again this is my opinion

Horrible dealership! Sold me a Civic with bad AC and a bent rim. Their 15 point inspection are only words! They didn't check anything! I came for the name and service, don't make the same mistake I did!!!

I feel like I've been cheated but not in the way you expect. I've grown up to believe that car dealerships were there to talk you into something you didn't want at a price you couldn't afford. But here they don't even try. The lady that was supposedly a salesperson just said "sorry can't help ya" while I was looking to do a trade in and payment plan. Thanks for all the help you didn't give me today.
