Guillermo ( "G") was awesome. He found us the exact car we wanted and we felt we got a great price on a 2023 Honda CR-V! He was on top of everything and we got all the information from him we needed to help make our decision. He's a hard worker and we never felt like we were being talked down to, as we did at 2 other dealerships in the Waldorf group. We felt valued as his customers. The rest of the staff at Waldorf Honda were great also. They all made our car buying experience a pleasure!

Special shout-out to Greg for helping me purchase my 2023 Civic Si fresh off the floor. Literally showed up at 11am and an hour later I was don’t with my purchase. I brought in my van to have the window module repaired. When they placed the door panel back on they half did it, leaving out parts. Instead of calling to ask or replace the parts and charge me they just put it on and left out the door screws. Then when I left it to be corrected they still left out pieces. I also asked for an estimate for a lift gate install. They pulled pieces from the back door and never put them back in, leaving gaps. Very disappointed in the service.

I had an awesome experience! It was quick and easy. I told the salemans what I wanted and he found it. It was within my price range and the Finance was very easy going. They worked with me and got me the car I wanted. I have already started recommending friends and family.

After sitting in the Chevy/Cadillac dealership for over 5 hours, the day before arriving at the Honda dealership, I was in ABSOLUTELY NO MOOD at all to talk to another car salesman. In fact, we stayed in our truck looking for a vehicle. Chris Wade took the initiative to walk across the lot & up to our truck & ask how he could assist. I was very short & direct with him & said, "Look, I don't want to waste your time or mine. I don't have time to sit in a car dealership all night. I don't need financing & I already know what my budget is. All I need you to do is tell me how much this 2022 Honda Sport car cost (there was no sticker in the window) including tax, tags, & titles." Chris was not intimidated at all by my demeanor & immediately assured me that he would not waste either of our time. After I informed him of our budget, shortly after, he provided us with the total amount which was actually under our budget. I told him, I'll see him tomorrow after I pick up the check from my credit union. I was literally in & out in about 35 minutes. The following morning Chris followed up & ensured me that he'll have my vehicle clean, gassed up & ready to go upon my arrival. I even asked him to make sure he puts one of the blue bows on my new car, which he readily agreed. Upon my arrival, my car was showroom ready…bow & all. Chris greeted us in the lot & walked us straight to where we needed to go to sign the documents (Shanice Nurse). Once again, Chris, his manager (Andrew Charles), and the wonderful Honda associates had me in and out of the dealership in record time. My entire experience (from start to finish) with this dealership was an OUTSTANDING experience and I’ll be sure to recommend Chris and the Waldorf Honda dealership to ALL of my family and friends. This was HANDS DOWN one of the easiest car buying experiences EVER.

Sales Manager John Fee was extremely helpful and polite with my car purchase. He stood by his word and ensured everything we discussed was satisfied. My sales person Dan was excellent! Dan was attentive and not pushy. He was honest and provided good customer service. Dan & Chuck have gone above and beyond to help me get my car serviced. Chuck made sure an issue I found was handled completely and correctly. When Dan asked Sales person Frank to help me with a question about the car, he gave me a complete tutorial on my Honda Accord. This was another example of great service. I am grateful for good service they all have given me as I had not purchased a car in over 14 years and the service they have given me was priceless.
