Recently, I had went into Honda to inquire about my leased vehicle. I was nervous about the outcome as this was my first time transferring from leasing to purchasing. I came out having had an amazing experience with Ivette In sales! She was phenomenal with helping me to understand my options, was so patient with answering all of mine and my husbands questions, and was also so kind throughout our entire process! From start to finish she was honest and made sure we were taken care of. We left with a larger brand new vehicle perfect for our growing family. I will definitely return to work with Ivette for any of our future vehicles! Rommel in service was also a great help to us in understanding the financing part of our purchase and was equally as honest and kind as Ivette. Thank you both for going over and beyond!

This was my first time buying a car alone, so I was taking my time with the process. I had been shopping around for quite some time, and we happened to come upon Visalia Honda. Jerry, the sales manager, reached out to us and asked us to come in and look at the two vehicles I was interested in. When we came in, we were greeted by Daniel, and both of these associates answered our many questions and made car buying a positive experience. They were really patient with me while I decided on which vehicle I wanted and Jerry was able to workout a great deal that made me feel comfortable with buying it. Thank you guys for making this a great experience!

I would highly recommend Visalia Honda for anyone who is searching or looking for cars. Both Jr. And Jerry were exceptional to work with, providing remarkable customer service and very helpful with the process. They responded within hours of the original request for information. Definitely will be coming back for future purchases and will recommend to anyone who is in the market for purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

I came in for a recall on my 2017 Honda civic and ended up paying over $3,000 in parts and labor for my air conditioning it's still not fixed I will go to another Honda dealership hope they know what they are doing cause the mechanics from this dealership don't know what they are doing I had 3 part's replaced now I need a new ac motor cause it doesn't blow air it use to before the recall. Stay away from this store I would recommend going to another dealership to fix your car.

Yet another poor customer service experience with Gropetti. Unfortunately i had to learn the hard way not to do business with them, after purchasing a car here before, but after buying a Honda at a different dealership where the first 2 oil changes were "included" with the sale im left having to come to my local Honda dealership for the service. The first oil change ONLY took them 2 hours to complete while we sat in the waiting room. The second one which we were hounded by them to schedule was yesterday. I took time off work to make sure to allow myself the 2 hours of waiting. When i got there i was informed the oil change would not be complimentary but i could still purchase for $90. I was unaware that the oil changes had a mileage cap on them so they would not honor the second "free" oil change because as they say "Honda won't pay us for the oil change". We did our last oil change at an instant oil change place out of convenience which was why we were over the mileage cap that we didn't know about. I was then offered an oil change at a discount which was even more irritating because you're basically now admitting that you have the ability to "honor" a service that i already paid Honda for when i bought the car. Lesson learned! In and out of the instant oil spot in about 10 minutes.

Ivette was not only very professional at her job, but was very thorough and honest with the sale. The fact that she was bilingual helped understand everything much better. I would definitely make another purchase here at Groppetti- Visalia Honda.

Came in and was able to find a number we can agree on. Junior was professional and knowledgeable. the final cost was fair in the end compared to other Honda dealers I visited.
