Valley Motor Honda Dealership in Sheridan, Wyoming

My husband and I finally got rid of our 2004 Honda Civic and we bought a new CRV for us to sit higher. The vehicle is great to drive, easy to get into and I love my new red color. Jeff was our sales guy and he was very patient explaining everything to us. It was great to see that John and Steve are still there from when we bought a 2004 Honda and now they are managers. We are very happy and recommend Valley Honda to all of our friends and family because they know how to treat people.

Today was my first experience with valley Honda. I recently had an electrical issue with my Honda Pilot & took it to an electrical shop. Afterwards, I was still having issues with my car, so I decided to take it to Valley Honda. I have never had such an amazing experience with a car service center! Very nice employees and atmosphere. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience. I was told my car would take about 2-3 hours to service once they found the issue, but they ended up having it back to me in about 45 mins-1 hour. The pricing was amazing as well, way less than I’ve paid anywhere else. I even brought my baby with me, and everyone was nice to us throughout the experience. Would definitely come back!

I had purchased a car here and used their service department for 6 years. They were great when I didn't need anything done to my vehicle. All in the same service appointment: I had a problem with my vehicle that they did not fix nor offer a possible solution for but assured me there was nothing wrong despite my concerns. They did not complete my oil change as requested (actually gave my 10% oil a "green check" on inspection). And they didn't pass my vehicles inspection due to a part needing replaced, I then took my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the problem by simply cleaning the part then passed my inspection. I never had a problem with their service until now. Previous service appointments went smoothly and they listened to my concerns, maybe it's new employees but I was really let down when I needed them.

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle recently, and I was dead set on going to Toyota, as I grew up with numerous Toyota vehicles that never let me down. It was going to be a hard sell to get me in the door anywhere else. My wife insisted we go to at least one other dealership before we go into Toyota. We agreed on Valley Honda up the street. We worked with Cedric on our first day, and he took us out in a vehicle we were interested in. We were instantly impressed. We sat down to discuss any basics of what price we were looking for and features included with purchase. I wouldn’t budge until we went to Toyota. Ced gave us his card, and said to call him if we were still interested after going to the Toyota dealership. After driving a Corolla and Camry, we were very underwhelmed, especially with the price difference! So we called and went back up to Honda the same day. Ced was already with another customer, but he checked in with us and referred us to his manager, John, until he was finished with his current clients. John was very accommodating, and got us a great deal on our trade-in, as well as our new vehicle! We were in and out with a deal we were happy with just an hour or so later, not the all day experience we were prepared for. We are VERY happy with our new car, and we have never had a better sales experience! We will definitely be coming back as long as we live driving distance to this dealership! Thank you Ced and John!

Great dealership, even if it isn't the closest to home. We were able to purchase a new vehicle from them at the beginning of the year. And we're very pleased with the friendliness and experience of sales and service (oil change).

I purchased my vehicle just over a year ago. I’ve had 2 oil changes and one inspection and I couldn’t be happier. Always friendly and timely. My only complaint is the person accepting my payment. They have never been friendly on any of my 3 visits.

I had Ryan help me with my car and I think hes the best I've ever talked to to get help hes wonderful he had all the time in the world to help me he smiles he made me laugh and I will send everyone I know and let them know what wonderful service you get at Valley Honda Honda. The good review because I'm tough to work with and he made my day.

Went there for years... now they want me to pay a diagnostic fee of $80+ to drive my car around the parking lot for an issue they should have fixed previously. This is after the service person argued with me that it was my first time there with my current car... even though I have been there with that car for 4-5 years. Ended up someone just entered the wrong car when scheduling. Rude staff and they don't fix things properly.
