I recently bought a X3 from Valencia BMW. The entire experience was great. I stay in Northern California about 350 miles from Valencia. I got in touch with Walter Emerson from BMW Valencia. He was dynamic and quick in his replies. He made sure the whole process of buying the car transparent from showing us the inventory, being flexible in accommodating our preferences and making sure the car being delivered in the promised timelines. I recently visited Valencia BMW for some scheduled maintenance and some minor adjustments to my headlights. I was assigned to service advisor Taylor H., who patiently listened to my concerns and made sure she had a clear understanding of what I wanted. She took extra time to explain the process and what I was to expect. She made me feel like my service was her top priority and I never felt rushed or like my issues were second to something else. In each of our interactions, she was friendly, professional, attentive, and personable. I also appreciated that she arranged to loan me a courtesy vehicle while my service was being performed and kept me updated on progress and when my car would be ready. After picking up the car yesterday, I noticed that my headlights needed a little more adjustment (no fault of the staff, I'm just picky), so I scheduled another appointment for this morning. When I pulled into the service runway, I saw Taylor jump out of her chair at her desk to greet me at my car, practically opening my door for me. Her attentiveness and quality of service and professionalism cannot be overstated. The dealership / service facility is also immaculate! Employees presented professionally, well-dressed, and friendly. I've purchased cars from several other local Auto Nation dealerships, and I've never received such exquisite customer service. Taylor emulates and exceeds the quality of service that is expected with the BMW name in every way possible. I'll be bringing my cars to Valencia BMW for all of my future BMW needs.

I have owned 4 BMWs over the course of time. Currently have 2 X7s. I have bought many from Valencia BMW and prefer to work with John Menzano for purchases/leases. We live in Valencia and go here for all services included with BMW. I try to work with Jessie in the service department for all service. Regardless all the staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. Valencia BMW recently did a remodel of the location and everything looks very clean and new. If you are in the market for a car or currently own a BMW this location is great to work with.

Great customer service! Upon arriving to service car port area, I was greeted by the porter and walked to waiting area. Jasmine Garcia was awesome. She was so polite and attentive to my vehicle concerns. The young lady at the Service check-out / cashiers was very sweet and polite as well. Great customer service! Great vehicle service!

Amazing facility and service! I felt like I was visiting a resort! We were welcomed by Jesse our service representative with professionalism and care. He immediately asked us if we would like some coffee, and then walked us through the necessary paperwork. He said our service could take up to 2 hours, and if it's okay, they will wash the car too. I said sure! The entire service was a little over an hour. We give 5 stars for an accurate time frame! We highly recommend this facility for all of your BMW needs. Make sure to ask for Jesse! We will be back for sure.

The service writer, Jesse is great but my car was serviced in May for $1000.00 and then died in September. Since the computer monitors the health of the accessory batteries and that is what rendered my car unusable, I wonder if Valencia BMW is actually doing what I am paying for. The replacement battery can be purchased online for about $160.00. The job, I did myself in less than 20 minutes, then I drove the car to the dealership. My bill was $660.00. Again claiming they have given the car a full inspection. The result of the inspection? Valencia BMW did not give me that. In fact, they provided no information about the condition of my car. I will now pay to have an independent evaluation of my i3. The i3 is a fun car. Even though it is a 2016 it only has 40,000 miles on it. Sadly I have not received from the dealership the one thing I would gladly pay extra for, good care and good communication. Valencia BMW has failed to deliver these two fundamental values.
