Val Strough Honda Dealership in Seaside, California

This is the best dealership in seaside by far. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything I loved with them but I really wish I was because they are the absolute best. I worked with both Tina and Tony and they were both super down to earth and personable. I would definitely recommend coming here for your next car.

David helped me throughout this entire process of bringing my car in for a check up. He was very helpful and honest with the information he gave me. As a bonus the battery on my key fob was low, he noticed and replaced it for me! Very awesome. I really appreciate the help and care David provided here.

One star for rude and disrespectful service advisor. No one greeted me when i entered the department. I went to an advisor and stood a few feet from his desk and he still ignored me. After my car was done, i went back to the same service advisor and again waited for him. He was very rude and told me not to stand in front of his counter. In my 35+ years of experience with dealership service departments, this is the the worst. Not worth my time and money.

Terrible customer service, the worst. If you want to be berated and power-tripped, go here. I bought a new Honda here but avoid it like the plague for service. They are overpriced, unfriendly, and have demonstrated incompetence on several occasions.

0 stars absolutely disgusting!,,,VAL STROUGH HONDA SERVICE DEPT WILL LIE AND TRY TO STEAL EVERY CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!!!!!,,long story short,, we brought our 09 Accord in because of bad oil leak,,,,,val strough told us it would cost 1900.00$ to repair,,,we left and saw another local mechanic and he said it's only an oil sending unit plug,,,68$_at Amazon,,,,,,40$ bucks to install !!!!we let him fix our oil leak problem and the Total cost was 130.00$,,and our Accord don't leak oil anymore!!!!!!,!!!!!!, DON'T EVER BRING UR CAR TO VAL STROUGH HONDA EVER,,,,, 👎🏾👎🏾 you've been warned!!!

Just pulled into town on vacation with a skid plate that was popped loose when my Civic bottomed out on a speed bump. The service department got me in on no notice and reattached it and secured it back in place. No charge! Super friendly, super fast, no charge! Great service!

Had great experience with Val Strough! Tina was very helpful and professional in our interactions, would definitely recommend!
