This place was truly amazing! On a long drive up to folsom we accidentally hit something on the road which left something dragging under my car, luckily the dealership was on the closest exit. Upon arrival we were very stressed and didn't know what to do, we asked for help since we were late for a class and JULIAN on the service department saved the day! 😄 he was able to squeeze us in to remove whatever was broken in less than 30 mins. There are very few places where you truly feel taken care of specially in unexpected moments or emergencies like these but Julian understood our situation ! Thank you guys for being awesome and making our day!!

I've been to this Honda for about 5 years, off and on. Service: People are nice-ish. Depends who you get. Person who took in my car, super nice. When I picked it up and asked for an explanation of the report the girl kept saying "4. It's a number 4." Like I see that but I kept asking what is it out of 5 or 10? That can change drastically. Can be nice but a hit or miss. The service is itself is poor. The last 3 times I've taken it to this place they do a full service and then a light comes on the next day. Then they chage an additional $150 to just run a test to see what's wrong? Sounds like a scam to me. On top of that they never answer their phone. Please get an answering machine. Sales people: I know finding used cars is a tough market right now but don't bully people into selling their cars when you're just going to turn around and sell it for way more. Very sketchy and rude. Place itself: Clean. Has bathrooms. Pretty big for not much going on.

No respect for the customers, unprofessional organization: don't go there if you think your time has a value! I booked an appointment to make new key for my Odyssey. On phone we booked for 10 am and I was said that it will be less than two hours, and maybe just 1/2 an hour if I "arrive on time and there is not too much work"! This advisor on phone was efficient and professional and I organized my day according to the information given. On the day and time scheduled, I introduce myself to JASON TOWNS, at the front desk and then everything went wrong. First he was rude, spending long minutes "working" on his computer and speaking with some colleagues while pretending he didn't even see me. Then he insisted to have me left with their courtesy vehicle. When I explained him that I have a busy schedule, made according to the given information, and that I have to leave at noon at least, he just rolled his eyes! After two hours with no updates, I finally ask another advisor if my car would be ready soon. She went to the garage after she saw on the computer that the work was not even started! Twenty minutes later it was done! I had to find a way for my kids to be picked up from the school and I had to cancel two professional appointment because of this advisor who just decided to be mean for no reasons! How can it be that this company has so few respect for her customers? Does Jason Towns know that he is supposed to provide a service?



We went to get a car diagnostic done, for which they ordered a part needed for our car to be fixed. They told us that they would call us back when they got the part and it has been 4-5 months and we are still waiting to get a call from them. Very unprofessional.

I was a big fan of this dealership. I have purchased 2 new cars here. That opinion was challenged by a recent experience. I was told one thing and when I arrived was told something totally different, causing a waste of my time when I had a deadline to get the papers I needed. I followed up later with management, they apologized and got the paperwork to me. In the end it was made right, and I was able to meet the paperwork deadline. 2nd service went smoothly, previous negative experience must have been a glitch.
