Drove down from Missoula to Billings for a few days to visit family and ended up buying a car thanks to Joe and Doug's amazing service! Joe was very knowledgeable and patient working with us through the process, and Doug worked incredibly hard to get us the best interest rate. Both were super friendly and helpful. Because of them we now have an amazing, reliable car that we absolutely love! Would definitely recommend!!

Joe was amazing to work with, he helped us with our trade and got us exactly what we wanted for our first brand NEW vehicle! Inventory was low on the lot but he worked with what he had to make sure we knew what to expect and he communicated with us on updating where our vehicle was at in transit while it was being trucked over. We’re very happy with our service on the sales end and Doug was also so helpful with the warranty information and getting the most bang for our buck when it came to protecting and maintaining our vehicle. They both made everything so easy and we would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was really impressed with Savannah, who was friendly and knowledgeable. She had some great suggestions and very thoroughly answered all of my question. I bought my first car last week and I couldn't have been happier with the process! James (Murph) was super helpful with finding just what I wanted and never made me feel any pressure to buy. He repeatedly told me that I needed to LOVE a car I was going to buy and drive for a long time - and he helped me do just that! Murph made sure that all of my boxes were checked and he answered all my questions and researched what he needed to help me make the best decision. The F&I Manager, Doug, was also very helpful in the process and made sure to thoroughly explain all of my options and made me feel confident in choosing extended warranties, etc. Underriner preaches "customer for life" and they really did earn my loyalty in the buying process! I'll be back - but probably not for awhile... because I LOVE my new car!! :)

I ordered a Honda Pilot about 4-6 weeks ago with Joe S. I knew I wanted an SUV, but did not know which one. He was quick to answer questions and helped me pick the perfect vehicle. It came in on Friday August 19th and it was everything he said it would be. I just wanted to leave a review to say that throughout the whole process Joe was beyond amazing. His communication as well as his genuine personality set him apart from other "car salesman". He is so much more than that. The whole team at Underriner Honda has been amazing. I'm beyond thankful to have made a deal with an honest dealership. Thank you, again.

Car shopping sucks, but these folks don't! After visiting several lots in town and dealing with a variety of better and worse salespeople, James Murphy found me on the Honda lot. Even though their inventory didn't have what I needed at the time, he stayed in contact with me for over 2 weeks, showing me vehicles that fit the parameters I was searching for. I completely stopped shopping at other lots, because I knew James had my back. When 'The One' finally arrived, he texted me before the car even hit the lot. Aside from going above and beyond when it came to service, James was also kind and *honest* about the vehicles available, and at no point did it feel like he was making up details to sell the car-- something I can't say about some of the other salesmen I encountered at other lots. After dealing with my picky requirements, James sent me to Doug to handle my financing. While I didn't get a brand new car for 10k (a girl can dream), I walked away believing they did the best they could at negotiating price and payment so we all signed happy. Doug was friendly, organized, and took my money only after going over every question I had until I felt comfortable. I definitely recommend these guys for your next used vehicle. Worth mentioning: I also trust the Honda mechanic service team, which has been recommended to me independently from my car shopping experience. I look forward to hassling them with all the oil changes, car washes, and other maintenance I have covered by my warranty add-ons. **Special shout-out to Edwin, who is also a rock star and will treat you right if you can't find James**
