The worse dealership and service dept of any Honda I’ve ever experienced. Extremely overpriced and completely lied. Went in for a simple new ignition key part and ordered two keys. I received to “ valet” style keys with no “ lock/unlock panic” and was told to use my old keys to unlock the truck and the new key to start the car, 2 keys? …I was told by the service manager that’s how it is and Can Not be done any other way. Complete lies. After calling Hyannis Honda service dept, I was told it can and should have been done the right way , one key to open/lock the doors and start the car. After telling them that they changed their mind and decided maybe it can be done the right way. They did 1 key the right way and charged me $118 for the 2nd key, after already paying for 2 keys to be made. Never go to Honda of Plymouth service center. They lie , completely Overcharge and do terrible work!!!!

Lacking integrity. The maintenance intake personnel disregarded my mechanical issue due to the fact I am a female. I am a new customer to this dealer as I recently made a new purchase. The tire pressure warning light came on, they filled the tires, reset the light, once I got home, the sensor light came on again. This happened twice. After the second time I brought my vehicle to an independent reputable garage and was told I had a bad sensor. Upon this diagnosis I returned to the dealer a third time, and my concern was dismissed. I was told, that "if it is a sensor, it has to fault completely. Until then there's nothing we can do because we do not know which sensor it is and we can't replace all of them to find the bad one"...,"If it is EVEN a sensor ma'am, your tire just needed air." Again, on my way home with freshly filled tires that light reappeared. Bottom line, Once they've sold you the car and you drvie off the lot, they wipe their hands clean of you. I will not purchase my next honda from them.

Outstanding service department at Honda of Plymouth. Had an oil change and interior detailing-superb job. AND the Service department noticed a tear in my tire right before I had to make a trip to NJ, so I was exceptionally grateful. Thanks to Craig and Steve and Service department. You are the best.

Wonderful experience buying a car at Honda of Plymouth (Tufankjian Honda)! Sales associate Paul Hickey was extremely competent and personable, careful to ask my opinion and preferences throughout the process. I would highly recommend asking for Paul if you wish to look at inventory at that dealership. Marisa Fascio, Business Manager, leads a relaxed, thorough understanding of the finances and warranties. Paula Stinn was prompt in answering my questions when I was browsing online, and helpful in arranging an appointment to evaluate my trade. All in all, the best car-buying experience in many years!

First off the internet prices are the best price you will get and they are decent. Not good but not bad either. Other than the no negotiating portions of the process aeveryone was friendly and professional. No pressure. I just bout my second car there and would happily go back.

Best car-buying experience ever! I can't say enough about my purchase at Honda of Plymouth (Tufankjian Honda) - the best service from start to finish. I knew I wanted a Honda; did my research online and decided on Honda of Plymouth based on previous experiences of friends/family. After submitting a pricing request, I was contacted by the very professional and friendly internet sales manager (Kristen). We discussed what I was looking for; she made recommendations and reviewed pricing and I made an appointment for that evening. Once there we were greeted by Eduardo (Edo) and -- once again -- the service couldn't have been better. He was extremely friendly, respectful and courteous, I never felt pressured and he always spoke directly to me (never tried to defer to my husband -- a pet peeve of mine and a common occurrence at other dealerships). I got a great deal on my CR-V; it had all the features I wanted, and Edo took great care to explain every detail about the car to be sure I was comfortable and understood all the features and how to use them. Vitor handled the financing for us quickly efficiently and -- once again -- an amazing, friendly and painless experience. We were at the dealership well after closing time and not once did we feel rushed. AMAZING service! I'll recommend Eduardo and the team at Honda of Plymouth to everyone I know who's in the market for a new car. P.S. I love, love, love my CR-V!!
