This was one of the greatest experience I have had to not only challenge my abilities but have confidence in others to do the right thing. I've not ever purchased a vehicle alone and from a near 9 years since being on a dealership lot, this was a peculiar sale. Being that I was seeking transportation for safety and highway mileage, I ended with a great prize. Roosevelt, Brian and Kerri were all hands full and help make my experience more than what I expected. To upgrade from a basic 2014 Chevy Camaro to a 2022 Bronco Sport, was different in EVERY way. I have faith and trust in ONE, that He led me to Tomball Ford.
I contacted this Ford dealer to test drive the Mustang Mach one and a mustang GT convertible. Christian was the person that contacted me. He got two cars set up for me to test drive the next day. He never harassed me with lots of phone calls or text messages. He just did what I asked for. When I arrived again he had everything organized and again there was no pushy sales pressure on me. I ended up ordering a mustang Mach one with a $500 refundable deposit. Something no other Ford dealer would do for me. As it was going to be several months I kept an eye out for the car at other dealers around the USA. I sore the car advertised several times for between $10,000 and $20,000 above ticket price at other Ford dealers. Christian and Tomball actually sell there cars at the Ford listed price which I found respectful. I did end up finding the car I wanted from another dealer and again Christian was very happy to say congratulations and organize my $500 refund. I would highly recommend Christian and Tomball Ford. I will certainly being going there next time I’m looking for a new Ford.

Just purchased a brand new 2022 Ford F-150 STX 4x4 the sales consultant Mike Zarro & sales manager along with financing with Ford Motor Credit made it the best experience ever when it comes to a new vehicle purchase. As a retired Army Veteran they went way above and beyond the call of duty what I ever have expected finding me more discounts along with giving me higher trade in value than expected along with getting a great low percentage rate in todays market. So I highly recommend if your in the are stop by Tomball Ford and seeing Mike Zarro or any of the very knowledgeable & friendly sales consultants your first stop when purchasing a new vehicle you won’t be disappointed.
The Tomball team Austin and Cullen were amazing and super nice from the very beginning and made my Vehicle purchasing a breeze. From ordering my personalized vehicle to picking it up was great. Whenever I started to look for a new vehicle i obviously wanted another Ford and well since I had such an amazing experience with my last vehicle from Tomball Ford I wanted to give them another try and well it was a very easy process with them and honestly every time I use to go to another dealership in the past it used to be a headache going into buying a vehicle but now I will always look forward to come back to get my next one after this. Well I always wanted to go back to the Ford Edge. Found one we wanted thought we had a great fleet sales manager Jana. While making the deal we asked for 2 official Ford Performance ST hats since we'd be attending the experience that came with our new purchase off our 22 Ford Edge ST. After waiting for a call about my plates to arrive to schedule my tint that was purchased with my vehicle. I was told once my plates arrived they'll call to let me know they'd arrive and we would schedule a time to pick up plates and do tint in one convenient trip since we live in Sugar Land. I'd made my first payments with still no hats as promised. Finally they decide to mail my plates I guess to avoid a few dollars on some Ford hats. I called to inquire about set of Ford performance hats on several occasions to Cameron, Jana's assistant. Could never get an ETA I know this may sound Petty it's just hats but when you spend that much money on a vehicle you expect a dealer to uphold their side of the deal. I think it's kind of cheesy that she (Jana) brings me two dollar store hats with some ugly vinyl ST iron on decal. I gave this dealer one last try. But after this, and all the wishy washy back & forth over a couple hats when I just spent a good amount on a new vehicle is too much to ask for. Then my business with the dealer will never be an option for our FORD FAMILY AGAIN. GO BUY FROM A DEALER THAT KEEPS PROMISES NOT CHEAP KNOCK OFF MERCHANDISE. She sucks you in and pushed you out with less. I'll go to Helfman and have them order the official Ford merchandise I was promised.
If you get a letter like this it's just a tactic to get you in their building. My car is in mint condition and low miles and they told me 19k. The gentleman before me was arguing with the gentleman about the same exact thing as me. I don't know why I expected honesty from a place that wrecks a customers car and doesn't accept liability. Crooks.
