Everyone at Tim Marburger is so accommodating and knowledgeable. The gentleman who greeted me in parts dept was very nice and friendly. He came back to let me know what needed to be done on my car. Another gentleman walked up and offered me coffee and said to let him know if I needed anything while I waited. This is a fine dealership and I’m happy to do business here. I’m on my 3rd Honda that I have bought here and have been very pleased with all of them. The staff is very efficient and accommodating.

Good service. I had to wait for my vehicle to come in, but when it got here I was in and out. They have me a good price on my trade. They were all very nice and professional.

I took my car in because it began having issues cranking correctly. They ran tests and said everything looked fine and they did an oil change. My dad took the car and brought it back. When I remote started my car it was idling low and rattling. Come to find out the filter box was not latched properly. THEN my emissions system light came on. My dad took it back and they said it needed an update. When I got home and started my car the light was back on. I called back and both times the worker that serviced my car was gone for the day and no one else could help. I would think that there would be some type of documentation when a customer brings their car so if a worker is out others can know what is going on and attempt to help.

Great service even for my small needs on this visit. Good pricing on tires for a dealership. I have visited dozens of dealerships over the years, few retain the small town feeling as well as these folks do.

I purchased my first Honda CRV at Tim Marburger. Jaime Bowles was great! He took care of everything via text while I was at work. I was able to go pick up my car after work the same day without even waiting. He even stayed after closing so I could test drive the car, explain the car features, and finish up signing papers. I would definitely go back.
