Seriously the best dealership experience I've had! I spent weeks calling dealerships across the east coast, and I can testify that this is the best experience we've had working with any of them. Nearly every dealer we talked to would end up wanting to take advantage of your situation or withhold information. But this dealership was honest and sincere in every interaction. Not only that, but we were working with Dave Johnson, and him and the rest of the staff at this dealership really go above and beyond to make buying the car a truly pleasant experience. It was actually enjoyable throughout the process. And they're honest in that they follow through. They didn't just make us feel respected in our conversations, but they truly followed through with their actions, taking every step they could to treat us well. This dealership is really a gem for all the locals, was happy to drive the distance for them to make my purchase!

We brought our car at different place but decided to getting service at Honda because we have heard about they have good customer service. Ana Ortiz was the one scheduled our service appointment and it was very helpful and highly professional quality experience. We know each other but she definitely is honest and trustworthy person to work with. She took her time to tell me about how they have free check, my car history and answered my questions to make sure that I get my vehicle take care of.

I decided to try to Thompson’s Honda because of the high reviews, and I can see why they are all so positive! I was so nervous because I have never bought a car before, but Jon Payne made it very easy for me. He worked so hard to get me approved and I appreciate it so much and I love my new 2011 Honda CR-V!
