Always great service, friendly associates, and great recommendations. I have a BMW service center closer to my house but none of the above is even close to experience receive that Thompson’s. They are worth the extra miles to ensure your ultimate driving machine remains that way. I can’t say enough good things about them. Special shout out to Alex in the performance group, as he always makes sure our needs and expectations have been met. If you were looking for the most reputable BMD dealership look no further.

Poor workmanship at the service center came in for something simple in my opinion. Small issue with the ambient lighting where they needed to be change. Parts had to be order took a few days fine. I just got the car back and notice the roller for vent is literally inside the vent. This is an issue because you can't adjust air flow the picture tell you everything about the tech double checking his work. Two star because it's great that I got a loaner with no wait time. I'll see if this gets fix. I'll change my rating to 5 star Adjustment- I managed to fit it myself so no need for anything else. I still like this place just because of the loaner I got in such a short notice. Service tech still no good. Two more stars for the loaner. 😅 Update- will be calling. Have 2 more issues now.

Had one of the best experiences at any car dealerships here at Thompson. Andi G, John M, and Dan G were very friendly and pleasant to work with. They know customer service! Pricing is very reasonable and their work is even better. Worth your time and money to make the trip to Thompson even if you're in the tri-state area. And if you have an M, their Thompson Performance Group does amazing work and they have very passionate M enthusiasts.

My experience is always excellent at Thompson. The details always are thoroughly done. Any touch up (which they match the exact paint) are carefully filled in. My car is 2005 Red Honda Accord LX .. I always get a lot of compliments on it because by going to Thompson usually yearly, my car maintains it beauty. The people are very nice including Tracy who's always accommodating and others who I have known in the past like Matt who took a few minutes to look at my husband's car for when it comes in for his detail. The manager the night before was very helpful too since the office was closed and it was after hours. Appreciate the professionalism and the consistency. I recommend people to come to Thompson for that reason.

I took my BMW there for a recall on airbag and waited for the car to get done, The staff was very courteous and offered us coffee while we waited. Today they came to my house and replaced the passenger airbag since it's been too hard for me to get out to them, they really know how to go the extra mile! Thank you for the courteous service and punctual arrival time. I highly recommend them.

Had the best experience at dealership I have ever had. Called to schedule a test drive and spoke with Kyle on their online department and he set it up with no issues. Drove to the dealership (about an hours drive from me) and met with Joseph Essig, by far superb service. I test drove the 2 vehicles I saw on their website and now I scheduled another for my wife to see the cars as well. Thompson BMW is worth the drive for the service they provide. Even if I do not purchase a vehicle at this time I will be purchasing from them when I am looking again.

I recently had some regular maintenance performed. All seems good so far as the work. There was confusion regarding the bill. We had agreed on a price before the service and they attempted to charge more once I arrived but basically they quoted a higher price. Fortunately, I did have the original service rep make a notation when I made the appointment, which may have been incomplete on their end. Ultimately they honored the quoted price, after repeated clarification, but it made for an comfortable interaction. I was hoping for a better experience given it’s BMW. This is why I tend not to go to dealers. I will the say the gentleman helping me with the service was very courteous but the billing piece was not handled well. Were it not for the billing piece I would given them 4+ stars.
