My husband and I had a excellent experience with getting a new CR-V at Ron Bouchard Honda. Our representive Mike Perry helped us with the buying process and made it a quick and straight forward. Mike and the rest of the staff are attentive, friendly, and honest. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for car.

This was hands down the best and most efficient car buying transaction I could ever dream of. I got a lot different numbers for a different vehicle but it was not worth my dollar. I came back and Mike at Ron Bouchard Lancaster, MA guaranteed me that he would get me out of there with 4 wheels and he did. He was patient and persistent ( you won’t find that a lot). I also would like to mention and thank Eddie as well, he was very helpful in working out a sweet deal for my budget. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! 5 out of 5. I've gone to a different Honda dealership before going to Ron Bouchard in Lancaster. My experience went from pretty much 2 star worth from the previews dealership to a 5 star at Ron Bouchard. I had the pleasure of working with Luis Rivera, who assisted me from the moment I set foot in their showroom to the moment he personally delivered my new car to me the following day once my paperwork, registration and the insurance were finalized. I did not feel pressured in the dealership. Gone were the days of old school dealer antiques and confusing numbers. All my questions were answered clearly and professionally. I got a great deal and had a stress free experience even at the finance office which took 10 minutes to sign papers and I was out the door. I recommend anyone to give this dealership a shot. I had a fantastic experience at Ron Bouchard Honda today. Frank was very helpful and funny. He listened to what we were looking for and helped to give us any information we needed. He also made sure we were updated whenever we needed to wait to hear more. Finance manager Steve was also great! He did whatever he could to make sure we were getting a good deal. I have not always had great experiences with dealerships but thanks to Frank and Steve, I feel great about my purchase!

We had a great experience working with Nate at Ron Bouchard Honda. He is a genuinely nice person who is very kind and helpful. He tolerated our many questions with grace and has a great sense of humor. We actually decided to go ahead and buy two cars at once (since we were in the market) because he made things so easy and we felt we could trust him.

I totaled my car and had to refinance. Levon and Eddie got right on helping me refinance and stayed on top of everything for me and did their best on communication throughout the process, along with getting me the best deal. Their service was outstanding and if i ever knew someone that was financing i would 1,000 percent recommend them. Best service !

This dealership will waste your time, just to get you in the door. I went there and sat with the sales man and explained what I was looking for, what I owed on my trade in, and where I wanted to be monthly payment wise, after taking a day to think about which vehicle I wanted I called and placed a deposit. They requested I drive back to the dealership for them to print out a car fax value of my trade in. I understand a vehicle is only worth what it is worth and a dealership needs to make money. Instead of acting with integrity and explaining we would be too far apart over the phone they insisted I come in to discuss numbers and refuse to negotiate beyond the initial offer. Shop elsewhere

I walked in with one specific car in mind, paying cash levon was my sales guy and eddy the finance Manager both were outstanding and it was a smooth sale. I got a great car made a new friend And it was a great experience ! They do everything for you ,register ,plates, title , detail the car inside and out and inspect the car ! all done at the dealership and you leave with a full tank of gas! I almost bought off a used car lot and I’m so thankful that I didn’t This is a great dealership !
