Dan in service is always helpful. I drive an hour just to come to Sussex Honda, great service, friendly and not over priced like other dealers. Oil change and multi point inspection took an hour 15 minutes and I was out of there. Can’t complain about that!
We are very pleased with how our service appointment went. We feel confident that a thorough inspection was performed on our vehicle, which revealed certain conditions that needed attention, such as our rear brake pads that had to be replaced. Our vehicle was ready earlier than we expected. Our service manager was friendly, courteous, and seemed to really care about our concerns.
Friendly people for sure. They have a really nice showroom setup with nostalgic Honda vehicles. I made an appointment two-weeks ago for an oil change for 8pm. I arrived 5-10 minutes early and the service was great! Nice people! I was out by 9am
Recently just bought a 2022 Civic hatchback and had the best experience! My family has bought several vehicles from Sussex Honda and always used Gary Zinn. He is top notch and did everything perfectly. I was looking for this specific car and there were none to be found. A few hours later he had found one that was still being built and got a hold of it for me. The car arrived weeks earlier than planned and I was extremely happy with the entire experience.
John immediately greeted me upon my arrival. Confirmed the purpose of my appointment and invited me to the waiting area. Updated me mid way through the diagnostics results and had me back in my car and on the road again quickly. Invited me to return to Sussex Honda location for future needs. John is very polite and attentive. Ty again for a great visit. Look forward to my next.
Dan Bronson was wonderful and made everything painless. My vehicle was ready in a reasonable time even though they were busy. I scheduled my appointment online a week ago and when I walked in l, I was greeted by Dan and he took care of everything. Thank you. I will be back.
Service was fast and well done. However, I was there for a recall on my car and had received three notices in the mail all saying I’d get a free loner car while the work was being done AND the service person on the phone said the same thing when I made my appointment. There was never any exception listed in that information. So when I showed up and was apparently ‘too young’ to rent a car, they deemed it best to leave me stranded there for the supposed day it would take to repair my car, providing me with no other option of transportation…. Not cool. It’s fine that there is an age exception for something like that, but it should NOT be neglected when talking through the details of an appointment. Very unprofessional of an entire company to make a blanket assumption that everyone receiving vehicle recalls is above the age of 25.
