AMAZING! TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! Thank you John LeMaster. We were driving through the Dayton area and had car problems, getting various warnings on the dash. We called and spoke with John who gave a wonderful (general) explanation. We were able to slowly get to the service center and not only were we greeted in the warmest way, John and team made time to diagnose what the issue was while we waited (with a toddler). They let us know there were car rental options within walking distance if needed, but they hoped they could get us back on the road. In what didn’t seem like too long it was diagnosed, fixed, and we were all set. Thanks for making us (feel like and be) a top priority; your efficiency and kindness saved the whole week.

Had B13 service done, come home to find transmission dipstick laying by wiper blades…. Completely unsatisfactory . You can see water on dipstick from driving in rain, hopefully didn’t get into transmission. Serious lack of attention for premium pricing.
