I have purchased many cars in my life and this was one of the best experiences I've had. It started with the AARP auto buying program. I selected the car I wanted and a few minutes later I was contacted by Wedge. He said he was with sport Honda and asked me of I would like to come see the car. Sport Honda delivered one of the higher quotes on AARP's auto buying page so I was skeptical. I said I would if he could match the price quoted by a different dealer (that dealer didn't have the color I wanted), and if they could give me what I wanted for my trade in. Wedge checked with Manager and said that they could meet my pricing expectations. When I arrived I kept expecting them to alter the deal in some way, but it never happened. I talked to 8 dealers in the Washington DC area, most insisted on adding "$4,000 Market Adjustment" charge. Which I translate as profiteering charge. I kept waiting to see that charge or something similar and it never materialized. The deal we agreed on over the phone was the deal got. Once at the dealership I was treated with respect and the transaction was very fast. Thanks Wedge, for a great experience and car.

Josue, Emmanuel , and Joshua were amazing today. I came in for an oil change appointment with Emmanuel and he was amazing but then I decided to buy a new car and Joshua was right there ready to assist! When buying a car the Finance can be scary but Josue made the process so easy and he really related to me as I was a real human and just not another sale. Very upsetting experience. They sold me a defective car and they act like I’m bothering them. I bought a 0 mileage brand new 2022 Honda Civic that breaks down everyday. Ive called Road side assistance twice for boost and one time to tow to the dealer. Emanuel at the service department was very unwelcoming and told me there was nothing wrong with the car after having two boys check on the battery in the waiting area. I had to show them how to secure the plastic covering on the battery. Took the car home and next day car won’t start. I’ve tried every number i could find including the general manager and sales manager. All i get is a voicemail. They don’t have pick up or drop off as they indicate on website. Receptionist said they were too busy to do that. The salesman said this issue is normal if I don’t drive the car everyday. This is not the first car I owned and I know darn sure this is not normal. And if they think this was normal they should disclose. He then said if I don’t intend to drive the car everyday the issue will persist… at this point according to him all they can do is purchase the car from me but I’ll lose couple grands … just like that. Very upsetting. Never going with Honda again. I’m forced to write a bad review because this is the only way they take you seriously.

My wife and I were looking to replace her car this weekend. Sport Honda was beyond helpful. They were professional, patient, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Michael Canter was the rep who helped us. Whoever is in charge owes him a raise. He went over every new feature on the CRV that we test drove, listened to all our questions, and made sure that we were taken care of as well as possible. I cannot tell you how nice an experience it was to purchase a car from this dealer. No high pressure sales tactics; No constant haggling. They were honest, and got us in the car that was right for us. I will definitely be sending people their way, and that was due to the treatment we received.
