Nick G was extremely helpful in navigating me through my first new car purchase. He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. It was important to him that I was happy with my purchase. Nick G. took the time to show me how all the features of the car worked. I was very specific about color & features. He didn’t try to push me into taking only what he had in stock as what was my experience at other dealers. I found Southwestern Honda really listens & works with the customer before & after the sale

Took a brand new passport in to have roof crossbars installed. Received the car back with super glue fume marks and glued fingerprints on the car. Spoke with Steve the service manager, does not own up to the issue and just plays dumb. I will not be using this service department again. I recommend you don’t either. Update: elevated issue to general manager John and heard some of the most ridiculous excuses. If you want a healthy dose of gaslighting and straight lies come to southeastern honda! Update2: Had the piece removed by another honda dealer and found tons of glue inside the piece.

My service advisor, Kristen, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The customer service lounge was clean and pleasant. The chairs were comfortable and there were enough for a large number of customers. The coffee stand was well stocked and very clean and orderly. The work on my Honda was simple, but there was a thirty-minute delay. I was told about the delay, but not about the reason for it. I did not mind the delay because I came prepared with a book to keep entertained while the work was completed.

We bought our CR-V in July 2020 when there wasn't a lot of selection to be had anywhere. Southeastern Honda, working with Community Credit Union, gave us a great deal even then and has been a joy to deal with compared to other dealerships' high-pressure tactics. Every price quoted upfront has been the price I paid in the end and the service department has been second-to-none. Before this car, I was loyal to another brand, but Southeastern Honda has changed that for me.

My service advisor Kyle is excellent ! He listens to my needs is always attentive comes to me if I'm waiting to go over possible needs. Makes my experience at Honda great. They have a very loyal employee and they should appreciate him.

Unfortunately, we needed our transmission replaced and it took longer than expected due to delivery of the transmission to the repair shop. Kristen was there to follow up every step of the way. She also organized for us to have a car rental while we waited for our car to get repaired. Thank you Kristen for making a difficult situation manageable and seamless.

I have had consistently great service with this Honda location. I was able to schedule appt within 24 hours and once there, Andrew took very good care of me. He was very communicative about progress of oil change, other services I should consider, etc. I highly recommend this Honda location.

I love my CRV and every time I bring it to southeastern Honda for service, I cannot believe how helpful and accommodating they are. This time Allison was my contact and she was absolutely awesome. Everyone in the service area is great!
