I was pleased with the service that was provided by South Tacoma Honda. I actually arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. They still took my car in. This was definitely a great service experience from start to finish. I was even more pleased with the video from my tech. He sent me a video of everything he checked out and showed how dirty my cabin filter and the air filter were. I think that is an A+ touch to the service. I am no stranger to turning wrenches on cars.
