Seriously cannot beat their customer service. We were there late with 2 kids, they were SO helpful and accommodating with our budget and ideals in a car. Junior helped us with the car and our questions and was SO genuine, we loved asking him questions and really felt listened to. Rod was so patient with our questions and made sure we understood and even gave us more options we needed to help us feel more in control of the process- he helped us with finances and even anticipated the kids, he had crayons ready for them while we signed papers!! Thank you so much, they were SO kind and helpful!!!

We bought the car from Honda Smith about month ago, service was phenomenal, our sales person was Kayla, she still checking in every noun to make sure we don’t have any questions about the car or anything else. Also, when you buy car from Kayla, you can get a little gift - car air fresher (if she has them in stock).

I can't think if a better place to buy a car--and I've bought lots of them. The GM, Scott, is great to work with. He's fair and upfront. He doesn't try to put you in a car or a loan that isn't right for you. He's honest and gives you a fair price for your trade. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of when I buy a car here.

Purchased a Certified 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Larry Miller Honda in Murray,Utah. With nothing but trouble and no response from emails texts or phone calls. Called Smith Honda service department and they took care of my issues of water leak in rear hatch area. In the first week of purchasing the “certified “ Honda what a laugh! The battery and front brakes had to be replaced.

We had a phenomenal experience. In this limited market, we were able to set up most of the deal over text, which I really appreciated because we live almost two hours drive away. Kayla has excellent communication skills and is well organized. There was a complicated issue with trading in our other lease, and the dealership "made things right" when they found out they had made an error. It was a really great car buying experience, with fair pricing, and no unnecessary or unfair extra charges. The other staff members there seemed equally as kind, honest, and professional as Kayla. This was my first Honda purchasing experience, and from what I learned, buying from Smith (compared to the experience from many of the other dealerships around) is worth getting a Honda just for the ease and fairness of the experience....A couple months later I recommended that one of my coworkers get a CR-V from here and she also had a great experience.
