Todd was great to work with in buying our new vehicle. He kept us updated often on its status and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles features. He was also a great communicator and responded in a timely and thorough manner to all our questions. We worked with Matt in financing and he was very personable and honest about all our options. My experience at Smart Honda Des Moines was, by far, the best new car buying experience I've ever had. The car I wanted wasn't available. Put down a deposit, the car was ordered and delivered in less than 8 weeks. The pick up and financial paperwork process took less than an hour, including the time it took to assess my trade in. If I had questions during the wait for delivery, my emails were answered quickly. Every person I worked with was friendly and accommodating. Thank you to Todd Decker and everyone at Smart Honda.

Stand up part’s department! Had an issue with getting the incorrect part - the part’s department owned the issue and provided resolution that exceeded my expectations. It’s not easy finding a dealership that puts their customers first but Smart Honda is definitely one of the dealerships! Highly recommended!

Very easy process to buy a car. I have been looking for a while now. 0 pressure from salesperson. Leon is my guy and highly recommend him to work with. Very knowledgeable and willingness to take the time. Smart doesn't not over inflate the vehicle prices vs other dealerships. Leon and Smart Honda are great to buy a Honda from.

Great place to shop for a car. The employees were very nice and not pushy at all. They did their best to help me out price wise, and did not pressure me to make decisions. Coming from out of town, they were able to fast track the detailing of my car so I was able to take it home that night.
