We went to Honda Torrance to know about the crv 2022 touring . But the salesman seem to be uninterested and would not even care to tell when the model will be available .. he would be like we have one car left for crv( ex ) 2022 . Either buy this or leave . This dude was never serious about our enquiry . Did not bother to find if there is availability for the potential customer . I am not sure if this is normal thing in this store . He sounded like we will never get Honda CR-V 2022 touring anywhere - but we went to Honda Carson . And was really impressed by how they treat their potential customer . I am not sure why that specific sales person behave that way . What a shame .

I recently went in to trade in my car. The staff were friendly and patient with me. I had a way better experience here then what I did at another Honda Dealership. I thought Sebastian was really helpful. Love my car and now I am just waiting for my car to be payed off by them. Will keep you updated. Margarita is the best service advisor I have ever had. She was always attentive and caring. The communication from Scott Robinson Honda was consistent. Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Will likely come back for regular maintenance service again despite it being further away from where I live than 3 other Honda dealerships.



Troy was very friendly, and he explained everything to us clearly. He communicated with us very well through e-mail and phone calls. Troy was able to help us secure the car we wanted in this crazy market. We really needed this car for our family, so we really appreciated his help. It was easy to get my Honda even though I had to unfreeze my credit score viewing, pay 10K down, figure out the car to buy and smooth interaction with the team at Scott Robinson Honda. Finance interactions were clean and having bought two Honda's before I knew what to expect. We just had a horrible ordeal with Honda Service, which is a shame as we have been customers for 10+ years. Their customer service has really gone downhill. They are the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. None of the employees seem all that concerned about taking care of the customer. After being told our repair could take place same-day, we are now on day three and still no car. Jenny, in particular, is very argumentative on the phone, and often contradicts information we've been given by other sources about our car in terms of when it will be done or what parts are needed, or when the parts will be available. And the cost just keeps escalating. Never a straight answer from anyone. I contacted the service manager today to express our frustration and concern. We finally have had enough and are pulling our car from the shop to get it fixed elsewhere. We are done with Honda. If you treat people poorly, you are going to lose customers, and, sadly, that's what has happened here.
