Two years ago I bought a 2020 accord sport from Charles and Tim. These guys left such an impression on me that I would only consider them for this purchase. I didn’t want to buy from anyone else so I patiently waited until I heard they had in exactly what I wanted. As always the process was super easy. Took less than an hour total. Charles helped me via text since I live in Fayetteville and refuse to go to those other guys. Once I arrived I was greeted with such friendly smiles and personalities. Penny helped me since Charles was there today and of course tim did the financing quick and easy as always. Once I signed I received a congratulations from Charles which I loved. Take my advice and buy from these guys. They are tenured professionals who love their jobs and it is very apparent. Thanks again Charles, Tim and penny. I will see you in two years !!!

On the afternoon of 7/22/2022, I was packing my SUV up to head out of state when the battery indicated it was going bad. Because I was very worried about it going dead along the way, I swung into Sanford Honda, since it was on my route. The Service Writer, Anthony Taylor, said they would be happy to check the battery out & a tire I was concerned about. I mentioned it was due for an oil change as well but I’d have to do it when I got back. He found a technician that offered to stay late in order to take care of my repairs & such. Before they started, he mentioned an additional service I needed & knew needed done. He said that they could do all of it right then. And they did! From the time I got there, to the time I got back on the road was only 2 - 2 1/2 hours. I cannot state how incredibly thankful & relieved that they were able to do everything & I was able to continue that evening out of state. Thank you to Anthony & the technician who stayed late. This was beyond good or great customer service, it was EXCEPTIONAL! I can’t thank them & the dealership enough.

The car was lookin good when I picked it up. Clean and ready to close. Two weeks later, I found out an important adapter was missing when I was cleaning out the trunk. Called Sanford Honda and in two days I had the adapter in my hands. I noticed they bought it for me as this was a used car. A Tesla. These guys are wonderful. Courteous, caring and honest.

The finance manager I worked with, Tim, along with the sales staff were all very professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I made the drive from just southeast of Charlotte for a one-of-a-kind classic truck and left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend you give this dealership some serious consideration, whether it be for a Honda or one of their classic vehicles they take in.

Had a positive experience purchasing my honda 2020 sport civic here. No issues with the car, but every time I try and make an appointment to get the car serviced, its a joke. I get transferred to the department to wait for nearly an hour for nobody to be available. A great car, but will purchase elsewhere next time.
