Very disappointed in SL Honda today, 9/17. I picked up my car yesterday around 5 pm after it's been in their shop since a wk ago. Anyway, I drove straight to my home which is less than a mile. Woke up the next morning to go to the flea market and my front passenger tire had a flat. What the hell! I drove to Honda and they wanted to charge me when I had just picked up my car from them the previous day with a hefty repair cost of over a thousand dollars. Lesson learned: check your tires before you leave their shop. I will no longer going back there for my car repair needs. You just lost a life long customer!

Came 5 mins late when parts was closing. Leaving a 1 star review because the staff was rude. Instead of kindly helping, dude just waived 4 fingers at me saying we're closed... Thanks for nothing Joe. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible with service. They tried to take advantage of my sister saying that her Honda needed new tires, she asked for a rotation instead and they denied it saying that the tires were worn out and can’t rotate for that reason. I checked them myself and the tire thread is completely fine. 2nd they tried charging her $600 to replace the tail light bulb saying that it was a problem with the harness. What a scam, I did it myself, just a regular swap of bulbs. Stop taking advantage of women please. I sure hope your manager see this. End of the month scams for sure trying to get that up sale. If you want your car serviced go during the start of the month when they aren’t starving for money.

Muhammad called me regarding my inquiry on a Honda Accord I was interested in.....first gives me a prices that not accurate over the phone I had to correct him that the 2.0 Accord MSRP is not priced that low then calls me back and gives me the correct MSRP price and tells me it will have a $5000 mark up and I told him thats more then I wanted to pay thats when he got rude over the phone.... maybe you guys need to train your sales people on customer service......if the customer service is horrible over the phone I can only imagine how theyre service will be in person or imagine theyre service dept! I would stay away!!!

Brought my 21 Pilot for B1 service and to check third row sit head rest because it won't stay up. Also asked that they check because truck shakes a bit on freeway. It took them 6 hrs for them to tell me it needs balance and they didn't even look at the head rest. I told them are you serious 6 hours and that didn't do anything . I have always brought my Pilot here don't know what happened today

Great transparency from staff. Needed a car in short notice, found a good deal from them, and was test driving and leaving with my used car in under an hour and a half. Michael Culpepper was my sales representative, really friendly and answered all my questions. I unfortunately can't remember the name of the woman who helped my sign all the purchasing forms but she did a great job of explaining every form and answering all my questions too. Had a good experience here!

I have recently bought a Honda and have never taken it on a long road trip. I had an incident where my tire went flat and while I want to stop the tire got shredded and I needed to go to my local Honda dealer. I know it was only a flat tire but I thought that my rim could have been possibly bench and the people at Honda told me everything was still in good working order and replaced my room with a new tire that I paid 4. While waiting I met a nice Filipino boy name Joaquin Ongchangco and I told him that I have a home in the Philippines and he knew where I live when I stay there. Joaquin was more than helpful and made me and my husband very comfortable while we waited for my car to be repaired. Everyone in Honda was great and I'm happy with my new Honda Accord
