I am upset and disappointed in this dealership. Manny was the only good thing to come of this, he got a test drive for me and was very nice now for the rest of the deal it was poor. After the test drive I looked over the car and there seemed to have nothing wrong. Well after I bought the car they washed it for me which removed the black paint they added to the tires to hold the paint coming off, the skid plate is starting to fall of after a week and they forgot to fill the window washer fluid. Come on! Not to mention half way through the deal the come back and tell me the car isn’t pre certified as advertised. They gave me a warranty after but that’s one of the reasons I can in. And the price was not accurate putting a package cosmetic package for 3000 dollars. And they seemed to be upset that I went with another bank then through them after they tried to sell me on a 8% loan.I do not recommend this location

Went in to get an synthetic oil change with an appointment, was told it would still be a 2 hour wait when I arrived. Luckily, I had brought my laptop to do work. Around 2 hours in I went to ask them what’s going on to find out they stripped the bolt on my car and had to go to Frisco Honda to get the part. At the 3 hour mark I’m finally out the door. They adjusted the price to try and make up for the hassle. Driving to work in the days to follow my car sounded like it was running a bit louder than normal. Hard to tell for sure since I drive a short distance for work. I replaced my cabin air filter yesterday. Today, I smell fumes coming through my AC vents in idle, pop the hood, and see they didn’t screw the cap back on leaving it exposed to dust, dirt, etc..the cap was sitting between the hood latch. Mistakes happen, I get it, but this was two sloppy mistakes. I expect more from a Honda Dealership. Because of this I canceled travel on the holiday weekend and will be heading back to the dealership. Only 26k miles on my Civic and really hoping this doesn’t cause any damage. Update: Nycholas, the service manager, was helpful and professional. Cleaned engine bay, and changed oil again.

My experience at Rusty Wallis Honda was absolutely exceptional! My salesman, Jesse , went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and even delivered my car personally once it arrived! The Sales Manager, Alliona, also contributed to the new car buying experience by making sure to accommodate all of my needs. Also, Carmine, who is fairly new to the team, showed me around and took me on a test drive of the new Accord Hybrid…. amazing car!!! I would highly recommend Rusty Wallis and their sales team without a doubt! Thank you all and I love my new Honda Accord Sport SE Limited Edition!!!

This is my go to location for services on my vehicle. They are always prompt and efficient. I always refer Honda owners to them. They also have a comfortable and nice waiting area. I do have one suggestion. ***Please update your website to include coupons for services. 12/28/2021-I arrived at 6:30 to be there for 7:00am opening. I didn't mind having to get there early in order to beat the rush. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change, so it came in handy. There waiting area is always clean and I like that it is spacious. They also provide snacks while you wait and everyone is always so courteous. I don't mind having to come here to get my car serviced. 05/10/2022- It's time for another oil change. Great service in a timely manner. My service tech did an awesome job and was very helpful.

This dealership can be described in one word: incompetence. I was told to go to Honda in Richardson but out of convenience - decided to give this location a chance. Save yourself the trouble & don’t do it as it is a complete waste of time and energy. Salesperson is not passionate about cars & does not really seem like they want to try to sell you anything. Then they almost broke my car because they could not figure out how to start it when trying to appraise it. Issue could’ve been totally avoided if he had just let me come show them, however instead they placed blame on others. Manager & salesperson were both telling me 2 different things regarding 3 different situations and didn’t seem to be on the same page at any point. The whole thing felt very disorganized & took a lot longer than it should have. I would not have even felt compelled to leave a review if it wasn’t for how they treated my personal car and tried to cover it up. Also, I still have not gotten the promised phone call with my car appraisal value and it’s been over a week. They clearly do not encompass any sort of professionalism and are not serious about securing a business transaction. Red flags all around — just avoid it.

I noticed that every part of the service waiting area at Rusty Wallace was beautifully clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful. The best part of my visit was the service area employee that greeted me was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Llisha gave me a estimated time of completion and she did not disappoint. I was also pleased with the work and the pleasantly surprised with the cost. We have purchased 3 vehicles from you and use your express area as well as your full service area for our car care.
