I had the most amazing experience. The service was just absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. David F. And Mr. Nick, and they were beyond helpful and fully transparent throughout the purchase of my new HR-V. They made sure I got a great interest rate, and a very affordable monthly payment as well. I was very new to this whole process given that it was my first car I’d be legally responsible for, and they took the time to explain every detail to me and made sure I was comfortable in my decisions. They also gave me complimentary snacks and drinks, which was a very sweet gesture. Thanks to those two gentlemen, and everyone else there who I spoke with, I will never be leaving the Honda family. I am so happy with my new car, and so so thankful. I will be recommending this dealership, and those two lovely gentlemen, to any and everyone I know. We recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Rusty Wallace Honda and am so happy with our experience! The entire team was extremely friendly and each employee my dad and I interacted with were very helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Corey specifically was very helpful in making sure we found exactly what we wanted within our budget. Two days after purchasing the car, there were some mechanical issues that were quickly fixed by the team and I was given a loaner car free of charge in the mean time. I purchased my 2021 Honda Passport at Rusty Wallace Honda in March of 2021 and had a great experience and I also just had a phenomenal experience in the service department. I had an issue with a local glass repair company and was able to bring my car to the dealership and Sidney Booth went above and beyond to help us. It was very obvious that he cared about my experience and made it super easy on us. He showed me the waiting area and made sure I was aware of everything I might I need while I waited. The service department staff at Rusty Wallace is the best. Louis is super friendly, funny, and detailed. We've had our Pilot serviced twice there in the past year, and we love knowing that we have found a people we can trust with our car. Oh...and they have a free snack bar...so...there's that. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at any business.

It’s been a couple of days since I went to pick up my 2022 Honda Civic, and I couldn’t be happier. I ordered my Civic to be built in June, and salesman Brad helped with each step to get me in to the perfect car for me. He made sure I felt understood and was very personable.
