I went the other day with the last effort of any hopes to get a new car, and I was more amazed with this customer service than any place I’ve ever been. They go out of their way, and they don’t try to take a vantage of you like other car places. The guy who took care of me Hector was more amazing than anybody I’ve ever dealt with. Usually it is a long, excruciating process at a car dealership, but this was smooth and fast and very painless. I’m more than happy with the services are received, and I would refer everybody and I will continue to my family goes there.

This is my second purchase with Sandy. She’s the absolute best and given with the car shortage in the market right now, she wanted to make sure I was happy with my next car. Originally, I wanted an suv but they didn’t have color I wanted interior wise. Sandy works with you no matter what your credit is and mine isn’t terrible but for those who wonder. I’ve gone to other car dealers not Honda and their experience was the worst I’ve ever witnessed. Unlike route 22 Honda they are like family and always go above and beyond. Always willing to work with you numbers or expectations. I wasn’t thinking about the accord at first but Sandy convinced me and got me loving the new 2022 Honda Accord special edition. It rides like a dream and much spacious for a mid size compact car. Don’t not hesitate to go to Sandy or route 22 Honda. Even the sales manager helped me with negotiation. The whole team welcomes you and is always willing to help from start to finish.

So so happy with my new HRV 2022 and of course the service!!! Sophi was an excellent person and seller. I appreciate her honesty and the guide she gave us specially in these Post Covid/War times when prices are so high she took her time to explained to us about the situation and helped however she could at all times. Finance section was also super helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend these location all employees are super nice and are willing to help.

Javier is the BEST !! When I say the best I mean the best EVER … I went into Honda to purchase a Honda Accord I’ll say a 2019 or 2020 and by the time Javier was finished helping me I walked out with a 2022 Honda Accord Sport which I love so much .. Javier took his time helping me he didn’t not rush or try to get me to purchase a car I didn’t want he was very honest and upfront from the time I sat at his desk the process was very smooth .. I had the pleasure of encountering Nacho as my salesperson when visiting Route 22 Honda on December 27. He was extremely polite and informative. He worked diligently to get me approved for the vehicle that I wanted. I went back today to pick up my plates and again, he greeted me with a big smile and helped me right away. This was my first time buying a car and Jean helped me with the entire process. She made sure i was happy with the car and explained everything to me on things i didn’t understand. She’s patient and willing to work with you. SHE IS THE BEST! I 1000% recommend her. I love my new 2022 Honda Civic Sport thanks to her.

Ace was the best salesman I’ve encountered out of the Hondas I’ve visited in New York and New Jersey. He made the process of getting my first car way less scary than i thought it would be and made sure to break everything down to me which none of the dealerships i went did at the extent that i experienced at route 22. He made me feel super comfortable the whole process and i didn’t feel like i wasn’t getting transparency which made me enjoy working with Ace even more. He made sure to keep in contact with me about my car pre arrival and i was able to walk out of there with a car that i loved even more than the car i had originally walked in wanting, as well as having the comfort that the car was in my price range. He was super personable along the way, as well as Ike and made the trip to New Jersey from New York well worth it !!!!
