Great buying experience for first car purchase for our 17 yr old soon to be going off to college. Maddie is the BEST at her job of sales, but doesn't act like a "car salesperson", yet makes your time spent in the dealership fun and informational! I love that I was given the time to consider this purchase and was given many options of cars in my budget. Maddie was always honest and made sure that we were happy all the way to the end. She even kept doing last minute polishes on the wheels, etc. as we were walking out, about to take ownership. It's remarkable to see someone love their job that much- her energy is infectious!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Round Rock Honda. My daughter was in need of a car to replace her 2014 Honda Accord Sport. It has been a challenge finding the right car with the current vehicle shortage. We arrived late afternoon on a Wednesday after learning that there was a vehicle on the lot. We were not really expecting to make a purchase that day, but our salesperson Alex Alkassab immediately had us interested. He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions and provided recommendations. It was after 5:00pm but he never made us feel rushed or pressured to purchase the vehicle. After visiting a few other dealerships, Roundrock Honda was the one I decided to go with as the others didn't seem to want to be bothered to help me or give me actual serious information. I had recently been in a serious car accident and had been searching for the right vehicle to purchase as a replacement. I sent out a request for info on their website and was contacted within 20 minutes, despite it being rather late. I had an appointment the next day. When I went in, Seth greeted me and was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles I was inquiring about. He kept in consistent contact, made sure I was kept up to date on everything regarding my vehicle, and he went above and beyond to get me the rate I needed and helped me through the finance process quickly. I was very impressed with the kindness and overall outstanding customer service provided. I absolutely love my new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid! I will absolutely recommend this dealership.
