I recently received a mailer from Roswell Honda. It was one of those scratch off things that I never take serious in the first place. But I decided to play along and I scratched it off and to my surprise I won. Three 7s next to each other and it says I won $3,500. I call the number listed below if you think you have a winning ticket to call it. I called it and it told me I had a winning ticket. Come down to Roswell Honda that says and claim your prize. I go down to Roswell Honda and the lady takes my ticket and tells me no your ticket didn't win. Tries to offer me a 12 pack of mountain dew and two lottery tickets telling me that's what I won. I tell her I recalled on this ticket and I was told it's a winner. She says no it's not a winning ticket and who told you it wasn't winning ticket? So I leave I get my car and I call that number again. Again it tells me I have a winning ticket. Since my leaving Roswell Honda I've called that number at least five or six times and it keeps telling me I have a winning ticket. I want to go see an attorney. The lady at the desk tells me the attorneys are gone on vacation and won't be back until December and advises me to contact the attorney general of New Mexico. So I did, I'm just now waiting to see if they'll respond. I hate scammers with a passion. Roswell Honda thought that they could scam me. They're wrong! I have a winning ticket and when I call that number they keep verifying that I have the winning ticket!

I went here to get a nut for my girlfriends 2015 Honda civic splash gaurd, I was told to ask for Zach from a guy at NAPA auto parts. I got there and Zach and Jason both really helped me out in finding what I needed to fix it, they even gave me a free nut that had been used but was in working condition. These guys are awesome!!!

Very bad business, people are not honest or trustworthy. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and got a call from Ricardo Beltram, the GM, who said he decided not to the sell the vehicle. I purchased a plane ticket and had an agreement. Ricardo, on the 2nd day, decided he doesn't care about people in Houston and has decided not to the sell the vehicle. Probably the most bizarre dealership experience I have ever had. Sounds like Ricardo makes up the rules as he goes along. Hopefully the ownership of this dealership will pay attention and look into this. Our attorney will be involved. My next call will be to Honda of North America and the New Mexico DMV.

I worked with Johnny on our new lease, and he was excellent. My wife and I were practically stranded on a road trip, and he made sure to get me all the information I needed without ever meeting face to face. He had the car and paperwork ready for us as we passed through town on our way home. However, the dealings with the finance department has been a disaster. Just so anyone who goes into the dealership to lease a car knows, the overage rate is specifically stated on the paperwork. When you ask and they "think they know it's...." just find the line item (which they intentionally did not disclose) for yourself because its black and white. Also, you CANNOT buy miles from Honda no matter what BS they explain. So the $0.02 per mile or the $0.15 cost to 'purchase miles' is nothing more than a dealership fallacy and a straight lie to get you to sign paperwork (entering them into a fraudulently misrepresented contract). Long story short, this dealership took full advantage of a young and desperate couple. I absolutely DO NOT recommend dealing with these people.

Everyone was super courteous and professional. The waiting area at the dealership was clean and comfortable. Clean restrooms. I had to wait for just a little while for their shuttle to take me home while my windshield camera was being recalibrated. Shuttle driver was nice and professional as well. Work was done sooner than I was told. Roswell Honda called me to let me know my car was ready and sent the shuttle to pick me up in no time. This was probably the best Honda dealership that I have been to. Staff courtesy and professionalism was outstanding.

Roswell Honda is truly a standout company in a world where customer service often seems an afterthought. We scheduled some routine maintenance on our 2006 Element, yes 2006, my husband loves his car! You drive up and are greeted by friendly employees who immediately take care of you - they offer coffee, water and popcorn. Everyone we encountered that day was professional, efficient, welcoming and friendly. One employee overheard my desire for good Mexican food and was right there with a suggestion, Geli’s Cafe, and he was right, seriously great enchiladas! A follow up email, making sure everything done to our vehicle was in working order is very much appreciated. This company cares about every aspect of your experience with them. I will be replacing my 2009 Honda Civic this Fall and will find my next Honda with and only with Roswell Honda, they have me and my husband as customers for life!!

Simple oil change. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Techs found low air in one tire (fixed it), then filled the window washer reservoir, and cleaned the windows, without my asking. No charge. "Thank you sir", they said, and I was out of there, a very happy camper.

Appreciated being able to drop in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation on 2017 HRV on way home to Kansas City. Had over 8,000 miles on the last oil change/service done in March when 15% oil life notice popped up on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. After driving 3100 miles through Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico and with 15% oil life left and almost 900 more miles to go, felt much better about the trip home after being able to get the HRV serviced. Thanks for the friendly service, multi-point inspection, free car wash and getting us quickly back on the road home!
