Drove up from Jensen Beach to purchase a '22 Odyssey. Granted this is not your typical car buying experience due to limited inventory, Jim was able to land us the van in the trim/color combo we were looking for. I disagree with Market Adjustment Fees, but realized the environment we are currently in and went through with the purchase. This was the shortest amount of time I've ever spent in a dealer finalizing a purchase, which felt amazing (1hr.). We were given a thorough walkthrough of the features and settings and had some black specks polished out. They even managed to provide a Fair Market price for my trade in (B. Enclave), so I left with a new Van and a $6,700 check in hand. Thanks again Jim W. and Mark W. for your service and it was a pleasure meeting you. See you in 10 Years when we trade the Van in.

Came in without an appointment but the service advisor Eric was polite courteous and greeted me. I told him my problem and he said that he could squeeze me in. That was good customer service! I looked around and found that this is a nice dealership. The staff inside are friendly and they acknowledge you and you pass by. Clean everywhere. The layout is easy to get around and easy to find where you want to go. So far so good. I'll know more about the care of servicing after they are done. The service was completed after a overnight stay due to not having the part on hand. The out the door finale price was on the upper high side. According to my Google search in regards to servicing my vehicle and comparing pricing with other Honda dealers which Google gives a high range and a low range on any type or service for your vehicle type and year. So I dropped one star from a 5 to a 4. If you have the opportunity you may want to shop around to see what other dealers charge for a specific service.

Taken my old honda fit here about 5 times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They even were able to replace a wheel stud when I sheered it off like an idiot without having to replace the whole wheel bearing saving me ~$500.

I brought a 2006 z4 completely online, Jim Wood was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I am 50 and have brought many cars, this buying experience was the best i have ever had. Jim took the time to go over car for me to the point he took pictures of some very tiny marks on paint and sent them via text so I could see. I also did not realize the front and back BMW emblems where worn from time. Jim took it upon himself to order the replacements for me, I have never experience this level of honesty at any dealership. When I went and picked up car it was a 4 hour drive car was spotless ready to go, the car being a 2006 was brought as is and should be for the age. As I drove back home, I had issues with the headlights which i found out is common with z4. I never called because car was as is, also the dealership would have no way of knowing because the issue occurs from time to time, so I brought the car into my local dealer to get fix, here is the best part of my Ron Norris Honda/Jim Wood experience, Jim gave me a call later the same day i brought car in for repairs to ask how my drive home was I told him great and explained the headlight issue, he asked me to send him bill and he would see what he could do. At this point I was stunned, think about it I purchased a car as is, my experience with every other dealership is they would have said oh well. Not Jim Wood, he agreed to pay half the repair bill which for a BMW was very expensive. As I write this I still can't put to words what an amazing group of people work at RON NORRIS HONDA. If anyone reads this and is skeptical ask Jim for my number I would be happy to tell you about what a great dealership this is. Again I am 4 hours from this dealership and will use them every time I buy a car in the future.

I am 63 years old and have bought many cars in my lifetime, and purchasing our car from Ron Norris on 6/7/22 was the best experience I have ever had in my life. I cannot say enough good about the team here. Maggie (sales) and Dave (financing) were a total pleasure to deal with. There was NO pressure to buy. They were more than fair with our trade in, which needs a bit of attention. The advertised price was the actual price of the car without a bunch of ridiculous add on fees. We had not financed a car in many years, and were not realistic about what our monthly payment would be, so it took us some time to decide that we would go $50 over our monthly budget and they gave us plenty of time to talk on our own. We took about a twenty minute walk in addition to a couple of private talks. And yet, we were out of the dealership driving our new car in less than 2 1/2 hours!!!! If you need a new or used car, we would highly recommend you go to Ron Norris (and they didn't even ask us to write a review!)! Barb M

Wonderful staff, friendly and fair. Do a great job, just bought my second Ridgeline from Ron Norris. Don't think I will ever go to another dealership, Dave Thorsen was fair and worked hard to get me the vehicle I was looking for
