I purchased my first BMW at Roadshow and was treated like a queen. Tommy was amazing and he took care of me through the entire process.
Inquire about a certified blue 540i from Maryland thru Autotrader, and was contacted Matt Andahl. We made a deal that included a trade over the phone. Drove 14 hours and when I arrived, every thing went smoothly. He showed me a a little damage to the front right wheel and said my local dealer could clean that up. Quickly called my local dealer to confirm and cost, and then asked that, that cost be deducted from the price and they agreed and it only took about 2 hours from the time i arrived to the time i drove off the lot. Matt was very friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease thru the whole process. Barron in finance was very chill with no pressure for up selling. My only complaint is the interest rate (3.49%) that i received from BMW financial considering my high credit score (over 800). I highly recommend this dealer

He truly provided such a professional and friendly service from pickup to drop-off with the valet concierge, which even makes me to purchase another vehicle from the dealer. The best customer experience just keeps getting better. I have bought 7 MINI Coopers from Roadshow MINI and the staff is great! From the moment you walk into the show room, they take care of you. There's no pressure, they do take the time to educate you on choices. Their service department is great as well. They alert you to any issues with the vehicle, send you service reminders and let you know of any service specials so you save money.
