Reganis Honda Dealership in Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Excellent customer service! I live out of state, and when my new Honda arrived I flew to Scottsbluff to pick it up. My salesman Larry even picked me up at the airport! The dealership is only 5 minutes away, and I had all my paperwork signed in 10 minutes. This was the easiest new car transaction I’ve ever had, and I’ve bought a lot of new cars in my life. Highly recommend Reganis Honda and their Amazing staff. Can only give 5 stars on this review, I’d rather give them 10!!

Don't take your vehicle here to get stuff fixed. Had a 2000 dollar ac compressor replaced in 2020 with a brand new part and it's failed on me in 2 years now I'm suppose to pay another 2000 dollars to fix it they won't help at all. Strongly advise not taking your stuff here they are scam artists and don't know what they are doing. All about the dollar. And might I add I was without my car for 2 months due to parts issues

Their service manager was such a lousy individual. Wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise. Extremely rude. Tried to take advantage of my sister by quoting her a unnecessary job that they suggest she needed. I wouldn't waste my time here.

Got my CRV serviced and ready for vacation. It's a good feeling knowing everything has been checked and replaced with repairs made. At a great price.

I do appreciate that I finally have my car back, however, when a battery is replaced, is it too hard to set the clock or put in the radio code? I should not have had to do that after they had my car for a week. Go the extra mile for the customer. And a courtesy wash would have been a nice gesture. They have a wash bay right there. Instead, I got back a dirty vehicle because it sat there. Customer service has definitely gone out the window.

Bought a used vehicle from Court Cook over at Reganis Honda. I had been looking for this certain vehicle for quite a while and had found it after they had closed. I sent Court a message and he had no problem working with me after hours. I was able to go check it out the next day and Court even offered to come show the vehicle later that night to my SO. All in all I had a very good experience

I had a great experience here with Court Cook. I was able to get the car I wanted quickly and with no hassle. They even found a better finance rate than the pre-approved one my bank gave me! Definitely will be returning here when it’s time to get another vehicle.
