My experience at Red Rock Honda was truely extraordinary. Every one of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was the most refreshing car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman, Mason, was honest and truly cared about getting us exactly what we wanted. He went over and above to make my daughter happy.I've never been to a dealership that I felt so much at ease. My experiences purchasing a vehicle in the past were shady and the salesman were always pushing any car on us so they could get a commission. Not this one! So if you're looking for a vehicle or even if your not, go down to Red Rock Honda, say" hi" to Mason and experience true geniune and honest people that actually care about you! Just got my brand new 2022 Honda Accord Touring. I was able to pre-order it just how I wanted and do all the add-ons that I want. Zach was a great salesman. Very nice and friendly. He even drove the car to my work, as I wasn’t able to get it when they finished it as I was working. Thank you Zach and the rest of the Honda team.

I went there for a problem with my ignition coils. The guy wanted to change something that has nothing to do with the problem. He change d the connector of an ignition coil and solved the problem but wanted me to change a part that will cost me $1200. Instead of I paid $ 130. I will not go there, I don’t trust them.

The sales person, Mason, was professional, courteous and very helpful. I was undecided on what car to replace mine with and had to get ahead of the learning curve of what options were available. I asked a lot of questions and he was kind, prompt and not pushy. He showed me several options and patiently waited while I worked out the best choice for our needs. As a result, we found the perfect car to meet our needs at a price that was affordable. Great service. Would absolutely deal with them again.

My wife and I went to Red Rock Honda to get a very specific vehicle, and Nick was our very helpful salesman. He was very personal-able and polite. Quick to get the paperwork done and get us into finance to finish the deal. Where we had the pleasure to meet Jake. He gave us a thorough breakdown of our paperwork. Provided us with many warranty options and service options. Which we opted for! Thank you Nick and Jake down at Red Rock Honda for all the great help and services! We bought a 2022 Honda CR-V from Red Rocks in June. The process was quick and very professional, Alex Chavez was our salesman. He is outstanding, took his time to make sure we were totally satisfied. He went above and beyond to take us for a ride and explain every feature and gave us additional tips on the car. The Red Rocks dealership is clean, comfortable and everyone was great. I haven't used the service center yet but everything looks clean and top-notch. Very pleasant experience, highly recommended!

First off, I want to thank Nick, Jake, Rob, and everyone at this dealership for being so amazing and helping me out in my time of need. At the time of me writing this review, I was in a recent car accident which caused my vehicle I had for only 5 months to be totaled. Being a recent graduate of an academy and in a massive whole of debt, it was very difficult to find a car dealership that was willing to work with me and help search for the right vehicle at the best bargain. Red Rock Honda did just that for me! I walked in asking about a specific vehicle, they had me out and taken care of in a matter of a few hours! Throughout the whole time, everyone there was pleasent to converse with and showed extreme professionalism. I am happy with my 2012 Civic Si, I can't thank you all enough for the experience. I highly recommend!
