My experience didn’t inspire any sort of sense of attention to detail here. Brought my Ridgeline in for recall maintenance in my gas tank. They forgot to properly re attach the fuel line to the tank, so when I went to fill up, gasoline spilled right out — leaving me out of fuel and unable to refill to even bring it back in. Cost me money and irreplaceable time to remedy their error.

Update. They fixed the mirror as a courtesy. Took a little time and more of a struggle then I liked. But overall I am happy they stepped up to take care of things. Mirror on a brand new Honda melted. No one wants to help take care of the issue. Dealer says Honda issue. Honda went quiet. I bought 2 cars worth over 45k and they want to deny or ignore this for an item that costs them 200 but want charge me over 500 to install. Really? I thought Honda was better than this ..
