We never felt pressured and he offered fantastic advice to us. So far, everyone I’ve worked with at Ralph has made me feel valued and taken care of! Highly recommend!

Max, Steve, Patrick and the service team at Ralph Honda have been more than amazing! Their professionalism is unmatched. I went to Ralph when I started having issues with my car. Issues that seemed to have been too much to handle by the dealership that I’d bought it from. Max and the team didn’t stop until my car issues were resolved; even though engineers from Honda had to be called in. Today, I took my car in for service. The team was just as they were when I first brought my car in. Very friendly and welcoming. My car feels like new! Thanks Steve!

I was able to drop my vehicle off, rent a quality new vehicle and have not only exceptional maintenance service, but also a comprehensive assessment to extend the mechanical life of my late model used vehicle within the same day. I needed to bring my 2016 Honda Accord in for service for an extended warranty repair/replacement. Setting up a convenient appointment time was easy, the service associate who greeted me had all the information available upon my arrival, and asked whether I wished a courtesy ride or wished to wait. I opted to wait, and he explained the expected amount of time for the service. He called to check out my paperwork and send me on my way a half hour sooner than predicted. The waiting area and associates I encountered were most pleasant and welcoming. It was an excellent experience.

Today's visit to Ralph Honda was quick, painless and affordable. I had my usual oil change and had my tires rotated since they had a great coupon offer for it. They did what I requested and no one tried to push me to get things done that I didn't need. One the best visits I have ever had!

Ralph Honda does a great service job every time my car needs service. The service team is very friendly, helpful and explain clearly any problem your car is having and its cost, which seem to be very reasonable. The dealership is very clean, warm and also welcoming to wait for your car in their waiting area and helping yourself to a warm cup of coffee and a treat. I would recommend Ralph Honda to friends and family.

The manager Chuck of the collision shop at Ralph Honda was fabulous. He promptly got my car in for an assessment of the damage to my Subaru Forester. This shop was highly recommended by a friend who had repairs done to her Honda. Chuck was very thorough in examining the damage to my vehicle and explaining to me what needed to be repaired. Chuck went above and beyond by temporarily fixing my broken light cover of my directional and tail light so the elements of the weather would not cause further damage. The parts were ordered and arrived to their shop promptly. The repair work was completed in a timely manner and the cost of the repairs was reasonable. Chuck and his crew did a terrific job on my SUV and it was washed and vacuumed before I picked it up.

Excellent buying experience at Ralph Honda. Joe was super friendly and I loved his service. He made the whole process look simple and I was checked out in less than 40 minutes. Will definitely purchase my next Honda car at Ralph Honda. Would recommend!
