AMAZING customer service . Had the pleasure of meeting Zach Martinez and James King. I was able to trade in my 2019 Hyundai for a 2020 jeep ! They worked with the bank to get me the best deal possible that works in my budget . This is my second time working with Zeigler and this location by far is the best experience. Your wait time varies depending on your car situation but even then me and my family didn’t mind since we knew we were being taken care of and with Zach&James kept things lively and fun. Thank You for getting me into a great vehicle !

First I want to mention how professional and clean this dealer was. Like many others, I too visited an array of dealers when shopping for a new car. Ziegler Honda of Racine was way cleaner and seemingly much more organized than other dealers. This matters to me because it speaks to how the employees care about their work. They worked with me on ensuring I got everything I wanted and answered my questions with honesty and straightforwardness. I recommend this be your first stop if looking for a car.

Fantastic experience! Joel in service helped me make an informed decision to reduce risk of dumping a bunch of money into my old car. I had the BEST experience at this dealership, everyone is super nice and helpful. I was there on Monday and was able to get my dream car just 2 days later! If it wasn't for my insurance that would had been a day instead of two. Stephanie was super helpful and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted. She's so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable 😊 I felt like I knew her! I'm usually a little nervous but she made this experience so fun! I felt Axel did a great job with us. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Any question we asked about our CRV, he knew the answer. All sales people should be this knowledgeable. However, it was a long process. From start to finish 4+hours. From the time we agreed on the price, we waited almost 2 hours to complete paperwork. We paid cash, no financing needed and it still took that long. This was somewhat disappointing! They need to improve this process. I will recommend Ziegler to all my friends. PLace was spotless clean. Took my car right away and completed quickly. Waiting area was unbelievable with leather seat with built in usb and electrical outlets. Loved the big screen TVs and fireplace and coffee machine. Very comfortable area

My experience with Zeigler Honda of Racine was extremely pleasant. Lauren was a very knowledgeable sales rep. She was up to date on all of the specifics and didn’t have to break off our conversation to find someone to answer my questions. Everyone was extremely friendly. They all said hello even though I wasn’t dealing specifically with them. Richie the Service Manager thoroughly explained the Zguard and made every effort to find an appointment that worked for me. Maggie in finance was very friendly and efficient. All in all I have to give everyone there 5 stars for making car buying such a pleasant experience.
